There’s a lot of foot traffic going into the Dallas Location but no one has thought to de-ice the entry way..In addition something I was hoping was going to change is that they would go back to 24hrs or atleast open to 12am. They have not accommodated there members at all, like others have.. I left originally my other gym because of the sauna and the 24 hrs..how is that it was a good business decision to stay open later and now it’s not. All gyms have face the same challenges..

I've been coming to this location since it opened back up from COVID, I love the gym but for some reason they have issues opening the gym on time. I get up at 4am almost every morning and its a huge disappointment and frustration to get there and no one is there to open the gym. I know this happens at least once a week. I would hate to switch gyms but I might have to it soon.

Love this place. Quiet. Clean. Always equipment available. My lock jammed, they quickly cut it off!!! This place does get busy during classes, but I try to avoid peak hour workouts. Even then there may be a small wait, usually my workouts aren't hindered.

I had a bad experience with this gym in San Antonio they were not upfront with charges and were trying rip me off . I sign up daughter and me for the 10$ plus tax promotion they had after signing up they added another bill of 49$ that was not mentioned in the beginning I question it and the guy Izzy that help me said he assumed I knew which I didn’t after hesitation I agreed to the 10$ plus tax and one time 49$ for me and my daughter that was said on the computer when signing up. The employee said he was gonna get back to me next day in morning with card information never did I text him ask him he said yes but never did still til this day he never called he did text the billing information and had changed it from original price of 49$ to 100$ and never called me to help. I called main office and the general manager Jose explain it to me and apologized for his co worker mistakes and failure communication but could not accommodate me with taking sea the 49$ they were charging my minor daughter that cant even work that I signed up with me they were gonna charge me 100 + tax even if they failed to communicate and it didn’t say on the computer when I signed us up. I called customer service and spoke to Brianna and someone else and refused to give me HR number but gave me two WRONG HR emails and hung up on me. I don’t recommend this gym bad service and they won’t give you HR number and they are not clear or accommodate for there mistakes I was will pay 49$ and mine and my 10$ + tax like agreed but they changed it and lied I can’t afford 100$ I am in fix income and not working. But this 10$ a month was something I can do until I can get a job. Bad experience and worst customer service for any gym i been to.

As as a personal trainer, athlete and professional health worker I would give this zero if it was possible based on going to all of the Fitness connection clubs that are close to our home to date three of them. From Public safety issues like dumbbells in the sauna and yoga mats laying around in bathrooms to public sanitation issues in the dressing rooms and bathrooms it is clear to me that these gyms hire a bare minimum of young employees under a mature age for the front staff. Let's see 2 staff members at night and oh 200 people or more in a two story gym.Large gym facilities require staff without any regularity and leadership practices you can bet more safety 🦺 violations and public health issues. If you're immunocompromised please don't come into these locations or this facility they are rarely supervised or managed for cleanliness hygiene and safety I've personally watched this with my own eyes and staff takes no actions to guide less experienced members on gym protocols. We are sadly canceling our membership after a few weeks as it is not a safe place to work out with the volume of people and the loitering of the youth that is part of the clubs culture.Membership here appears to be more of a party club mentality with loud pumping music catered to 20-year-olds than to the general public who have adulted up and who care about staying physically fit in a SAFE and CLEAN environment shame on Fitness connection management and their lack of business savvy by cutting ✂️ costs with lacking cleaning staff present during peak hours and closing the club down by 10:00 during the week.

Today was my first day at Fitness Connection!! Jazmine assisted me and showed me around the place. She gave me a great tour and explained everything well. Coco was also very nice and both ladies were very pleasant and professional. Great experience!!! I will return!!!

They have more amenities than planet fitness but they definitely are NOT as clean and tidy. There’s random dumbbells and weights everywhere. Please note that the manager is the only one who can activate guest passes at this location. This is HIGHLY inconvenient considering he is only at the gym certain hours. After waiting an hour to speak with the manager, he expressed guest passes are for Texas RESIDENTS ONLY.This is NOT noted or documented in their policies on their website. I am a Texas resident and I was a guest at a Fitness Connection in North Carolina. They are also EXTREMELY inconsistent on honoring the websites sign up deals/ discounts. The sign up process was a headache.I’m considering changing gyms or even locations because of this matter. There are pros to this gym but the cons are outweighing my experience.

Poor customer service. I stopped going 1 month ago. I canceled today, I dont plan on going anymore. My next payment comes out tomorow. They said they couldn't stop or refund my payment and I was told "when you have your own company you can make your own rules". It upset me as I was not being rude at all so not sure why I was treated this way. I've tried to talk to a manager but wad told I need to go into gym and can't talk to someone over the phone. Everyone I talk to is condescending. They make it sound like im bothering them. Very bad experience. Not to mention they close early on Fridays.
