Fitness Connection

This gym is one of the best I’ve been too. Compared to PF, LA, and 24 hour, there’s no competition. They provide the same if not more amenities and the people in the front are great, always making me feel right at home and ready to grind. Especially Jose and Jacob, even when I’m having those days where I’m not in the working out mood they always seem to brighten my day.

Love this gym! Always clean and friendly.The women’s center is a plus. Treadmills, sauna and locker room.The kids have their own space to play and be entertained while parents workout. (Even the cutest little basketball court and movie theatre.)Would definitely recommend!!!

Update (2-24-20). Not sure how long I can stay at this location. Classes do not start on time from instructions being late. You show up to class only to find out the instructor isn't coming though it was not cancelled. And the workouts are not difficult. Maybe I expect too much because I moved from the Austin location. But the lack of respect for the time/fees patrons to put in is ridiculous. They get two stars because the gym is nice and has plenty of equipment.I really liked this location. It had a lot of equipment and various group exercise classes.

I have been coming to this gym for a few months and have always enjoyed the service and care. People at front desk are very polite and welcoming. I love this gym it is very close to home and has every equipment, I love the women’s area! I just wish the kids club was open later on Fridays-Sunday’s. All around the gym is amazing. My kids love the kids club, they are always talking about activities being played and friends they make! All of the ladies are really sweet.

Went to visit to compare to of which I'm already a member of...loved the gym...Sarah was extra friendly and funny. I didn't like the prices. For both prices you get the exact same thing which doesn't make sense. You pay more each month for a smaller enrollment fee. If you get the same thing for either fee why charge two different enrollment fees. That's sorta a rip off and makes so sense to me. I understand they say its maintenance on the gym but still I say again if both packages include the same thing then why pay more for the same thing and why two different down payments. No matter how how many times I say it stills sounds like its a bum deal...if it weren't for that I would've joined happily.

GREAT facility. Amazing WOW factor. No other gym can compete with the breadth of equipment, activities and quality. Giving a bad review of this place means, you will never be satisfied. They said 24/7 is coming they are working up to it. I hope others remove the bad rating. That's not fair. a facility at this quality in the south is well overdue, and they delivered in an area that was an eyesore. Way to go FC.

Received frauds alerts due to Fitness Connection attempting to charge the annual fee multiple times on the same day. Called and spoke with someone at the front desk , got no where with that so now I'm waiting for a call from club management all of whom seem to be at lunch at the same time. I also, requested the number to billing and was given a non operating number. The door just literally opened at this location and your ratings look like this, I hope your managers and corporate office see this as a problem and correct it, if not this will be the shortest the shortest gym membership I've ever had. Get your act together and please clean up the bad attitudes

I’ve sent in my cancellation letter 30 days ago. They still charged me today. I am a General Manager of another Facility and I know the ins and outs of cancellations. Which is why I sent the letter in to be cancelled before my monthly charge. I called asking to speak to the GM and was told he was unavailable. No assistant manager, No shift lead available to help with these kinds of situations. Fitness connection has no core values and does not have a sense of urgency when it comes to the members. I mean after all members are the one who provide the payroll and salaries. Makes no sense not to I’m on hold and it says you guys are dedicated to your members. It’s hard to believe when every time I’ve attended your gym it was dirty, customer service was horrible, and overall the gym lacks leadership. If I could give this facility no stars I would.

Signed up at the temporary facility, was told it would be 24 hours. The facility is not open 24 hours. It is always extremely crowded no matter what time you go. I was told when I signed up cancellation would be easy go in the facility and sign a paper, but that was a lie as well. I have to send a certified letter to the corporate office which could take 30+ days. Found another gym.

2 out of 3 toilets are out of order. All of the dumbbells are all over the place its 5:14am all weights should have been racked the night before. The gym is to new to have issues like this already. Fitness Connections do better!I was told the club will be 24 hours this is the reason why I joined! And yet I keep hearing next month next month. When will it be next month?
