We go very early in the morning (to us...😅) and have become acquainted with many that workout there. Very much a community. Don't get me wrong tho' we/they are very serious about our workouts. The one thing I don't like is some use their personal speakers and play them loud and it gets quite chaotic at times. The establishment has a rule against it yet they are not enforcing it which sometimes makes for an "unpleasant" and frustrating workout experience! Most people have their ear buds but I prefer to save my ears and not wear them. The gym music is not always what Like but I would prefer only hearing one and not several competing against it! Their equipment is good and like every gym do brake and need repaired periodically. So there you go... Worth a try! 👍

The gym is nice but the staff is horrible. Preston and another black lady was there on today. The black lady refuses to give her name. I wasted my water and she was very rude to me and insisted that I clean up my own mess. Also, the gym doors were locked this morning and she was laughing and talking in Preston face and did not open the door until I called the front desk for her to open the door; this left myself and 10 other ladies standing outside over 5 minutes. This is a safety hazard and also goes against the gym being accessible 24 hours a day. She is very rude and has been rude since i came in to join the gym. I am harassed each time I come into this gym and this has to stop on today. EVERYTIME I call the gym she hangs up in my face and refuses to allow me to speak with a manager.

Went into this gym this morning with my son who has a membership, asked for a day pass, for me (his father)to try out the facility. There were two employees there ask us to wait for the manager. The manager came over with an unprofessional attitude, he did not greet us and was unfriendly. The manager said he couldn’t because I didn’t have a Texas drivers license. At this point my son canceled his membership. The two employees shook their heads with disbelief at this manager's attitude, and apologize for the situation. The two employees should be in charge and were far more courteous than this manager.Due to this manager, they lost a member and a future member.

I’ve been working out here for the past 3 years! Nice and clean. Love the fitness classes. Mr. Floyd is the best personal trainer! He really teaches you and advises you on how to use the equipment correctly when you are strength training and using weights. He teaches and informs you on what muscles you are targeting and also tells you about white and red blood cells. Talks to you about supplements and vitamins and what you should be putting into your body. He’s really focused and about his business. When I initially came and got a trainer, the first trainer talked to much about personal life and just nonsense conversation while I was training. He wasn’t motivating at all and the whole time I’m thinking can we talk about my fitness and these exercises. He also was bad mouthing and talking down on previous clients and I found that to be unprofessional. He was also on the chunky side which was a turn off for me because I’m thinking how am I paying YOU my money to look fit, toned and healthy when YOU don’t even look up to part? That’s like me going to get hair done by a stylist who never have her hair together! Needless to say I immediately went to management and requested a new trainer and that’s when I got Mr. Floyd! You will see right off by his physique that he’s all work no play and you WILL get your moneys worth! He had me looking right for my Miami trip😁😁 long story short this is a great location. Friendly staff, clean and affordable

The gym looks NICE! But the workers are lacking basic customer service skill and give off car salesman vibes. On Sunday, 5/15 at 2:51 pm, I called and spoke with someone at the Red Oak Fitness Connection about being added to my husband’s fitness connection account. I was told it would be about $6-7. Finally, I went in Thursday excited to join. After moving from computer to computer, “Preston” told me the company doesn’t “add members.” He first said the computer to add wasn’t working. Instead, they create whole new memberships. I told him that’s not what the person on the phone said. He feigned confusion. He said that he could use my husband’s billing information on my new separate account. I asked if I could add members as a new member, why couldn’t my husband (I know this because he asked me did I want to add anyone as he was trying to set up my new account). He again said about creating new membership with a new key card and everything. So I left since he couldn’t explain effectively. When I went back in to ask his name, he gave it. When I asked for a manger, he said he was the manager. And a co-worker chimed in. I asked who is the owner and both he and the coworker stated there is no owner. The second co-worker was condescending laughing like me being upset and confused was a joke. Preston looked at me like I was stupid and had 3 heads. I left feeling stupid and disappointed because I had been looking at classes offered all week. Horrible experience, misinformation not clarified and no ownership taken.

For a gym that's supposed to open at 5 am on the dot they sure don't open. 5:17 still not open and wasting time. Not the first time it's happened. Sometimes they don't wanna open till 5:45 am. Waste of gas time and energy to be up this earky. Staff does not care about the gym either whenever they feel like opening it. They just stay on their phones at the front desk hardly walk around and check the equipment to see if the pins are still there they just walk around to say they walk around. And the "security guard" is usually out making friends. Dumbbells all over the gym missing from the racks. Trash everywhere. Barbells are always missing from the racks. I put up with it for 4 months now but this might finally be it for me with this gym. If only i could get out of my membership with no fees before the year comes to an end for me

I love this gym, great amount of space and quantity of machines. However, the members are not responsible enough to re-rack weights, making it hard for others to use. The gym looks an absolute mess when it’s weights laying around the entire gym. I feel it is up to the gym staff to periodically walk around the gym and place the weights in the correct space. Gym tidiness is essential. Thank you.

I’ve been a member here since late 2020 and I enjoy coming here; as of yet I’ve never had any problems. The gym is spacious, the cleaning stations are always filled with supply, someone is always at the front desk when I check in or have questions, and I enjoy the women’s workout section. I just have to find out when they offer aerobic classes, so that I can fit it in my schedule.

Not all the bench press stations and squat racks have barbellsThey also need more sanitizing stations they have the same ones they had before covid. There's a lot of rude people here always taking the weight plates without asking if you are gonna use them. One time this guy was gonna take a plate I had already set up for my bench press while I was resting between sets but this is not the gym's fault I guess it’s just the area where the gym is located. And what happened to the gym being open 24/7? Thats what they were selling when this gym was open in the temporary location. Fuk@ng rude members here.
