Pretty disappointed with this location. After working out at this location for over two years now and having no issues, I got turned away from a class that was NOT full because I was 5 minutes late. The class started at 8:40 and I arrived at 8:45. The girl at the front told me I was past the 5 min mark. I showed her my phone, which read 8:45 (not 8:46) and she still told me that I was past the 5 min mark and wouldn’t let me in. She also said she wouldn’t charge me for the class and yet I was still deducted the class from my account that I pay for each month. I would understand if the class was full and there was a waitlist, but there was not and it was pretty absurd. I will not be returning to this location.

Super challenging and fun at the same time! I love high intensity workouts but these workouts can be modified to each individual's fitness level. Coaches are wonderfully friendly and helpful! I look forward to every workout!

After having a baby, I needed to freeze my account for many months. I was paying $15 a month for this freeze. After 3 months I was told I could no longer freeze, and I was about to be billed $180. Since my physical therapist did not recommend me going back to workout yet, I decided to cancel. I was billed $180 a month later and had not gone to class for 4 months. They said that after you cancel you get charged for one more month and would not refund me. I paid over $225 and did not go to one class after being a loyal customer for over 2 years. My husband is also canceling his membership now. Will not return.

A bit high for a class membership but I do like the push of earning my Splat Points every workout. I'm not getting fatter...

Orange theory is franchised by Maverick Fitness of you call they do not answer the phone. THEY OWN ALL THE NORTH DALLAS ORANGE FITNESS LOCATIONS. So when you have a problem with ORANGE FITNESS the poor attitude of from MAVERICK FITNESS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY ORANGE FITNESS. Yes the process works;however, if you have an issue NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU. DO NOT TRUST ANY ORANGE FITNESS LOCATION!

I love the availability of this location. Not as busy as Uptown. Coach Preston is my favorite coach here. I wish there was a closer community here though.

Great studio, very well run. All of the front desk staff and coaches are so professional and nice. I have a couple of old injuries and Coach Preston always gives me workarounds to help me still get a great workout. Couldn’t recommend this location enough!

I took the 60 minute 2G class with Nick. This was exactly what I needed to bring my workout game up a notch. I'm a NASM certified personal trainer but lately I have struggled with getting out of my own head and keeping the intensity up during my own workouts. Nick had be motivated and pushing myself the entire class, I burned over 550 calories during the class and he gave me a few tips that helped me activate my glutes better while squatting and better control my gait patterns while jogging and running. I ended up purchasing 10 sessions after my first class and I'm trying to drag my boyfriend to a class as well.
