A couple years ago I saw a gentleman lighting up a spoon of heroin close to midnight on a Friday night. I informed the staff of the matter and he was promptly escorted out the facility. Great service, clean equipment, and affordable pricing.

The gym is supposed to be open 24hrs and when I got there at 5:08am the gym had a chain around the door.

This place was clean and quiet. When we went the unused equipment was being cleaned and sanitized which was nice to see. Everyone for the most part was just doing them and minding their business which I love in a gym, nothing is more annoying than working out in a gym where everyone is just staring at each other. They have all kinds of perks for black card members including bring a guest, tanning, body sculpting and massage chairs! Highly recommended!

At this gym, they do not have half of the amenities that other planet fitness facilities have I was very disappointed. They had no lockers without having to bring your own lock and did not have anything really at all. It was dirty and any chips, but in general planet fitness is great and most of their facilities, but not the one in Columbia.

Hydromassage chairs don't work and summer hours are too early. Why am I paying for a black card membership here? 🤷🏽♂️None of the paper towel dispensers had paper towels

I would speak to someone even get with corporate if needed on a customer service issue my father faced week of 09/05/2022. A employee ignored my father when asking a question and then accused him of following her around the gym when she walked away in the middle of a conversation and went ahead to cancel his membership. This employee even told my father he could not use the black card machines when he is a black card member all because he has not been to the gym in over 150 days. I don't understand the reasoning when he has been paying his membership which is also her paycheck. This is not customer service and uncalled for.
