So i decided to go to this location as its my home gym for planet fitness.Very disappointed in this location as there is no one wearing mask especially with covid19 going on. I have been to other locations and u have to wear a mask inside the gyms no matter the workout. Also the workers are just at the front desk with no mask on themselves very upsetting to have this as my home gym. I did not feel safe and like it was up to standards as mask wearing and putring health and safety first. I am thinking of changing this as my home gym they don't care about health and safety here as this pandemic is going on as well. No hand sanitizer stations one bottle of cleaner where paper towels located. It clearly states need to wear mask on door in the picture and no one was wearing a mask

Go to another location. I have been to Grand Prairie, Mesquite, Denton and other DFW locations this is the worst. Entitled employees that do not provide customer service. Entitled, unfriendly, unknowledgeable. Aside from that of you can put up with bad employees you hardly deal with this is the smallest least supplied location. Severely lacking even most basic equipment. Plus it has the worst smell of any of the other locations. They dont even make an effort to clean considering they're in one of DFW's "nicest locations".

Worse gym i ever see in my life, there is no policy if you passed out in the gym. If you call them for cancelling you account, they will yes i did then eventually i got lost of 58$ cancerllation charge and 42$ annual charge. I hope i will sue you in future. Find membership elsewhere. Looked at my bank statement and noticed I had extra charges from planet fitness. Spoke with a guy named Tommy and told me to come in when the manager Gus was working. After driving 20 minutes and waiting 10 minutes to speak with Gus he had a nonchalant attitude and told me there was nothing that he could do and to call later and speak with another manager. I asked for the GMs number, Colby ...and contacted him. He did not answer or return my message. After several attempts I learned I was charged extra for tanning lotion which I don’t even use because I am African American and that one of the employees left my account open after checking me in and scanned the next guest items onto my account. I did eventually get refunded but I had to jump through hoops to get it done. I’ve now joined fitness connection where they don’t keep your card on file for errors like this and I haven’t had any problems.

Worst location ever. We drove 30 minutes out so that we can see how different locations are. Have always had nothing but good experiences until Gustavo denied me and my friend access because it wasn’t our “home gym”. Honestly the worst gym experience I’ve ever had. Customer service at its worst. I hope that doesn’t represent the culture of the company....oh yeah, we’re black card members.

Salesman lied & tried to make a quick buck. Try to charge me $20 for a day pass. I had been working out 30+ years in many location . They always have a guest day pass or 1 week @ Youfit. Another location told me about getting it on-line from their club website. I will join this other Planet fitness because they are not greedy.

Love planet fitness but this location could use a few updates. This location is smaller than my last PF in Plano which was very new. Staff was just there - I asked if where I parked was okay and I got a “oh yeah” response. Luckily my car was still there when I got back out. May give them another chance, but wasn’t super excited to work out there.

Great location. Only downside is the size of the gym, wish it was a little bigger like other locations as it can be crowded from 6-9pm Monday thru Friday. Hopefully they can upgrade the amenities like the lockers, water fountains, and massage area. But other than that, it is a great gym to get a great workout in.

i purchased a member ship did not realize it was a 12 month commitment, so I cancelled. they had a month to month for 10 a month and i wanted the annual fee that I just paid applied. they where willing to do it and told me to bring my bank info and cc. i get there not knowing they need actual paperwork showing routing information. the manager said its okay as long as i bring it later. then she changed it as i was standing there after she found out i had two bank accounts. I refuse to give them access to both of my accounts that would be careless especially when you see everyones paperwork all over the counter. I have worked out as this gym for years and the new manager there is the worst manager i have ever seen. she does not know how to handle customer satisfaction. For $10 a month you don't need both of my bank account information silly rabbit.I have rejoined and it was a pleasant experience. I did not have the experience I had before with the other manager. Much better experience

So far I've visited four Planet Fitness gyms in the DFW Metroplex. Before my visit I read many of the reviews online. Fortunately my visit went quite well. I wasn't interested in working out but wanted to try the Black Card Spa treatment. I was greeted upon entry by the csr who scanned me in, I proceeded straight to the locker rooms and upon entry felt as if was I had left Planet Fitness and entered a hotel/high school locker room. Gone were the typical purple and gold color motif. There were paper towel filled trash cans in every room. A couple of tiny electric fans bejng used to circulate air. Upon exit both the water fountains were temporarily out of order. The paper towel trash seemed to be from a shortage of staff. Too many people enter and leave the facility for the csr to be cleaning up while simultaneously working the front desk. But enough of the negative, that Planet Fitness Black Card is worth its weight in gold. That spa experience especially the hydro massage was off the chain. The ability to adjust zones, adjust the pressure, focus on one or more areas, made that a true spa experience. The shift lead Jeff is really knowledgeable about the hydro massage and everything PF. His ability to multitask is uncanny. Overall this is a cool small gym for a quick workout or massage while visiting north Dallas.Just wanted to give an update on this gym location. It seems that during the week the cleaning staff is on point, keeping the facilities and facility clean and functional but on the weekends when they have a staff of one, facility cleanliness is the first thing that slips. I was really wanting to change this to my home gym but I will continue to look for another one.
