Overall it’s a nice gym. Generally enough equipment for everyone working out there, clean facilities, and a decent black card member area. A little on the small side but not bad overall.

This is by far the smallest location in Dallas but also the worst, the bathrooms are always dirty! Nobody at the front desk ever seems to do normal maintence checks like the other locations; though some of that is because of the members. You get what you pay for. Cheap gym; never really too crowded except around the time people get off work.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now. My only complaint is that the “cleaning” solutions around the gym don’t smell like anything so makes me question if it’s just water ?? That’s about it really . Avoid coming between 5:30-8pm rush hour !!!

This was a ok Gym until the Manager Laura RUINED my experience. I’ve only been 4 times and every time she gives me a hard time about a payment I MADE for my annual fee. She said it didn’t REFLECT in the system. This makes me feel as if this lady is really HARASSING me when I come in, only because I went the day before and no one said anything about a balance due. Which I have receipts for my payment I kindly show her and she proceeds to call anyways. Then she gets on the phone to contact customer service asking me for my date of birth and things only for them to tell her I’m good or that the payments arent reflecting right now. I HIGHLY DISAGREE with the way she handled the situation which I think she takes her job to far and is not personable at all like other staff at other gyms I’ve visited in the pass.

I was just looking for a reasonably priced gym membership and this is just the place to go. My membership allows for me to bring a guest with me while working out and then afterwards I enjoy a massage in the massage chairs. I usually go fairly late after work and the equipment is usually available for you when it's that late. It's a no fuss gym get in get out to workout on stay healthy

I like this gym. Good vibe and there are always machines available even at busy times. The reason why I don’t give it 5 stars is because I have visited other PF locations in the DFW area as well as other cities. The other locations I have visited are bigger and their locker rooms are much nicer and they also have more available for the black memberships. Also, I hate that there is NO space for stretching, mat exercises, and no stretching equipment. People literally have to do exercises in and between equipment and it feels weird to do that. I understand this location is working with the space it has but I feel it could have been set up a little better to include some of that.

I always go to planet fitness since there are not many gyms that have my favorite machine (the arc trainer). There is not a lot of air flow in this place which can make it pretty hot when it gets busy. My last planet fitness had a huge fan that helped circulate the air but I haven't seen fans in this place. The showers aren't the best either. There isn't any place for your shampoo and they aren't the cleanest but there is always hot water so there's that. The staff are always friendly which is probably one of the most important things hence the 4 stars. This is still my regular gym and don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon.

There was this lady at the front desk she was nice to everyone but me. He said she didn't see me but she did see me. She was saying I don't have to be rude. You don't say that to a guest

Good price, clean, and pretty friendly staff. Meka is the best. They could use more variety in their machines and some heavier weights. The circuit stations are almost never used and are pretty much a giant waste of space where they could have other things that they're lacking.

A cheap option especially for locals who live in that neighborhood. However, the gym lacks a lot. There's basically no free weight and the little that exists is very limited and you can't control how much weight you wanna lift because they set it up for you already. Also, the staff is nice usually but they aren't trainers like in other gyms, they're just babysitters\register keepers...
