Planet Fitness

This was location that made me quit planet fitness. The staff is very nice and they are always cleaning. BUT if you really want to have a serious workout HERE IS IMPOSSIBLE. Nobody re rack the weights, the people TAKE THE MACHINES FOR HOURS, and they are disrespectful with you if you ask them to re rack the weight THEY WERE USING. The staff needs to start educating the customers on how they have to behave in a public gym. Go to this location if your are an amateur, if you want to deal with obnoxious people, if you have nothing to do to waste all day trying to get your workout done and want to just go for fun. If you are more serious about working out RUN AWAY from planet fitness AND THANK GOD THIS WAS MY LAST DAY HERE.

I haven’t been to this planet fitness in quite awhile because I don’t work in Addison anymore but I absolutely miss this planet fitness! They have way more machines inside than any other planet fitness I’ve been to. Also, they actually have a personal trainer inside that helps you with your workouts which is included in your gym membership!!! I lost 75lbs back in August 2019, when I started out working out at this location in August 2018. I love the cleanliness, the many different machines, the personal trainer, customer service etc Keep up the good work guys!!!!!

Not crowded,and I had a very nice workout..

I Love Planet Fitness Jason is really helpful and friendly in showing how to use the machines He also keeps the club running smoothly and clean

I am only giving 3 stars due to the size of the space and the amount of people in when the crowd meter showed it not being crowded. The facility was clean and pretty well laid out for the space.

I was in the area having repairs performed on my vehicle and walked over to this PF to my surprise as small as this gyms appears I was able to efficiently move through my working sets of several different exercises effectively. The staff Carlos and Beto provide beyond exceptional customer service and are very knowledgeable about their club. This PF appears to be clean and well maintained. I recommend.

They do everything I was hoping for and more. I generally have lowish expectations when I'll be helped by lowish paid sectors of society. These people are top notch. They keep the place clean. Zero complaints.

I’ve called 3 times to solve a transfer issue I have to a new home gym because not even the manager in my new location could, not even customer service, nor the personal at this gym could solve the issue.3 times and the manager is never there, they say that the manager is going to give me a call but I’m still waiting for it. Now I just wanna cancel but I no longer live in Texas. I’m stuck with this membership and they keep withdrawing from my account.Nobody likes being stuck in these situations. Not you, nor me, no one. You know it feels like scam when you no longer use a membership and you can’t be out of it.

The worst planet fitness by far. They have 4 stair masters, 3 have been broken for months, and if they ever do get fixed, they break again almost immediately. The place is tiny and has the least amount of equipment and no matter what day or time its always busy. They have almost no space to do floor exercises on the mat. Seriously avoid this one if you can.

It's ok if all you're trying to do is get a workout and can ignore the crowd. Showers are constantly dirty and could use a good scrub/steam cleaning.. The staff is always friendly though.They replaced the shower curtains lol
