This location is very very small and always busy! Also has a horrible smell. Not sure if it’s some of the people or the machines.

It is a little older than some of the other PF facilities I have visited, but it is always clean. Everyone is very respectful. Good gym and value.

Here visiting Dallas from Houston. Came to work out everyone was very helpful and kind. Everything was clean..Work out stations were clean. Restrooms were clean. Next time I'm in town I will be revisiting. Good job guys!!

Don’t even waste your time and money. I’ve had the worst costumer service in my life here not to mention the employees are unaware of their job responsibilities and rude to guests. Planet fitness- you should be disappointed by this location

How about you not mop the locker room floor right before the lunch crowd. Don't want to change in & out of work clothes with a wet floor.

I get membership yesterday on that location but i definitely want to cancel it because sadly i ask a simple question to a guy who suppost to be the manager hes name is Alfredo if I'm not mistakenAnd he is very unprofessional & a rude person someone needs to send him to take costumer service clases or or do something about his actitud some people doesn't deserve to have those positions..I definitely don't recommend that location

This place rocks! Great location! First class equipment, and Friendly, experienced staff! Love the Massage, and Hydro-jet Chairs! Don't pass it up!

This place is alright as a bare bones gym. The bathrooms are always disgusting, though. If you ever need to use the bathroom during a workout, be prepared to go home. Even after waiting for the janitor to be done in the bathroom cleaning, the toilets are in the exact same condition as before he went in. It reeks of old urine (which is all over the place), the toilet seats aren't connected, and it's just obvious it hasn't been cleaned in over a week every time you go to use the toilet facilities.

Typical gym chain. I go in the evening so it's not packed. The bathrooms were very clean compared to other locations I've been to.

Just skip this one.Dealt with an unprofessional general manager about oversized parking. After resolving with site security myself returned to find said manager sucking the helium out of the valentine's day balloons with coworkers. To then work out with out dated/destroyed equipment. First Planet I've not enjoyed.
