I am so happy I get to be part of the family!! This place it’s awesome I recommend it to anyone who is willing to try something new. I’ve only been there for a few days, but it had made me a stronger person inside and out physically and mentally. MJ is such a great person he knows I am diagnosis with epilepsy but still try to make me a better person. It’s challenging but with the support it makes it much easier for me to try my hardest!! I can’t wait to see results!!

This is definitely the gym to go and stick to, hands down. Coaches get the best out of you!! They are all very motivating. Classes are fun and energetic.

I joined MJ's fitness a few months ago because I needed to lose weight and here at MJ's Fitness & Kickboxing I found the help with the professional instructors with lot of knowledge who they motivate me and helping me to achieve my goal.I highly recommend

Im new to working out and MJ and his team have been the best!!! I’m so glad I took a chance and joined MJ Fitness, they have been a tremendous support on this healthy journey! MJ is very friendly and takes the time to get to know all his clients, he goes above and beyond for his clients in all aspects! I have joined MJ fitness for two months now and I'm enjoying the group workouts alot. It helped me boost my energy and alleviate my stressors. I would normally come to class after work which accommodates my schedule perfectly. Group classes are led by different coaches everyday, each has their own routine and style which makes it more fun because we get different cycles of workout and challenges.Being consistent has always been the key to achieve one's goal. That being said, today I'm a step closer to meeting mine. Let's keep working!
