MJ fitness is the best! I was reluctant to join because I had bad ankle injuries and was finally feeling better but I knew I had to do something to lose the weight. I joined and my attitude completely changed! It was quick fun workouts. Great trainers that were experienced and knew how to modify different injuries so you were able to still get the same great workout without worrying about getting hurt again. My goal was to lose 40lbs by my 40th birthday and I did it! I feel great and if I could go to a class everyday I would. Definitely recommend.

I joined for the one week free trial while I was in the area and I could not have been any happier! The staff is friendly and motivating and the workouts get pretty intense! It’s a great environment and community! Would highly recommend going if you are able!

This place is so great! Get fit at your own paceWhen I started 5 months ago I could barely make it through a workout and couldn’t do 1 push upNow I am making it through and able to push myself harder and doing 5 regular push ups no problem. Feel good for yourself!
