If you’re looking for a personal trainer who will keep you motivated this is the place to be. I had Dawne as my personal trainer and she was amazing. I have trained with her on multiple rounds and she has never failed to push me to work harder. They also have different classes if you’re not looking for a personal trainer that I’m looking forward to try out.

Clean facility, fun and challenging workouts, and all of the trainers are so nice. MJ especially is very kind and knowledgeable. Love coming here to workout :)

The gym is great and has helped me a lot. The coaches are very nice, helpful, technical, and motivating, and there’s a variety of different workouts/exercises we do. I also like the cleanliness of the gym, and there’s a lot of space which makes it easier for us to exercise.

I came to MJ fitness for a trial week while on spring break from college, I will definitely be continuing over the summer! I love MJ’s attitude and drive, the establishment is perfect for any level of athlete and you will walk out feeling accomplished.

I Googled "family gyms" and came across MJs studio and videos. My daughter and I signed up and have been enjoying both the kickboxing and bootcamp classes (they offer strength classes as well). MJ & his team are motivating and energetic- we have never done the same workout twice! In addition to the comradery and support, it has been an amazing way to enjoy exercise and begin to talk about health, fitness & wellness with my daughter.

It's been just about 6 weeks and we (hubby and I) are very happy with the workouts, and all the coaches / instructors. Everyone is super encouraging and supportive.The gym is very clean during on and off COVID stages.Was super impressed MJ organized and ran a fund raiser for local charity. MJ and his staff are good people.

the trial class was awesome and really was an experience, MJ is very understanding and even thought I’m not currently able to hold a membership due to scheduling issues I would definitely love to come back in the future. the memberships including the body scan and meal plans is definitely a plus and well worth the money. everyone there is amazingly kind and very helpful. highly recommend if you’re looking to get into shape and join a community!

I joined MJ Fitness about 3 weeks ago. I have been very committed to the courses offered and I have seen major changes in short little time. As a result, I have lost weight, loss of fat, and greater endurance!One of my personal favorites aspects is the diversity of training they offer, the focus and commitment to help you reach your goal, and the positive environment all around you is a huge win for everyone. (btw, once you join, it gets addicting)
