This place challenges and pushes you while still allowing you to have tons of fun! I cannot get enough and am so glad I signed up. Every trainer is also knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

High energy fun and completely non judgemental atmosphere from trainers or fellow (athletes ; ) Mariusz can take you from losing a few pounds and toning to kick boxing and losing a lot. Love the boot camp! Never boring or repetitive.

MJ fitness is right for you regardless if you have just started working on your body or are a fitness pro! The trainers are amazing, well informed, and give time to every individual even in group settings. I was introduced to kickboxing at MJ fitness and have discovered my new passion! MJ fitness is more like a "group personal training". Everybody gets personal attention from MJ, no matter if it's your first time, or if you are a pro. Workouts are fun and different every time. They have the absolute best trainers and the members are all very supportive and motivating. It's one big happy family! Trainers are high energy and motivating! If you want to get into the best shape of your life, MJ fitness is the place to go! Try a class, you WILL end up joining!

Great workout for all fitness levels and very good pricing! MJ will work with you and modify workouts based on your health needs. If you are looking for personal one on one training or a small group class with no pressure this is the place!
