This is a great fitness center. I would encourage you join if you want a whole body work out and healing. MJ is has great teaching skills. Each class is as if you are receiving personal training and support. Coming here is very welcoming and positive. Each class challenges me and helps me build my endurance of mind and body. It is a great investment of time and money!

MJ Fitness is like no other experience. MJ and his coaches work directly with you to improve your fitness and work around any ailments you might have. Joining MJ Fitness was the best thing I’ve done just for me in a very long time. I highly recommend joining or at least stopping in to meet MJ and the staff. Five plus stars ⭐️

This place is great! This is my first experience seeking out a personal trainer and a beginner of working out and MJ exceeded my expectations. Highly, highly recommend! If you’re looking to achieve your goals and aren’t afraid of sweat, this is definitely the place! All instructors are fantastic and will help you push yourself to your full potential! They encourage you the entire time and what I like the most about MJ Fitness is how they switch each and every workout so you’re not repeating the same thing every class… that way your body won’t fall into a routine and instead you’ll get better results (not to mention it makes it more fun and interesting that way). There’s so many different classes throughout the day so it’s easy to work around and make time especially if you’ve got a busy daily life! 👏🏻

The community at MJ Fitness is supportive & encouraging to be around. All the coaches offer the best intense workouts & leave you feeling exhausted (in a good way obviously!) The establishment is very well-kept, clean, & has lots of different equipment that’s incorporated in the workout to keep you on your toes & workout different portions of your body, providing the optimal workout! I thoroughly enjoy both the boot camp & strike fit classes & highly recommend anyone who is curious to come try it out! You’ll definitely be pleased. During the pandemic, I was highly inactive & always stressed. This summer I decided I needed to make a change but was nervous about approaching & starting on my own at a basic gym. I discovered MJ fitness & have not regretted it as the community is the best around & I am not alone in the process of becoming my better, fitter self. If you are nervous about starting your fitness journey, definitely come try a class at MJ fitness and you won’t be nervous anymore!MJ, the head coach, is one of the best coaches I’ve ever had. Very attentive, cares about us, & helps us strive to train hard. Highly recommend going to the classes MJ coaches!

This place is just amazing, I’ve never had so much fun working out. I used to go to the gym before and didn’t have any motivation, at MJ Fitness you don’t only gain motivation but you also have professional trainers who make you push hard so you get the results you want. It’s such a great place to workout at, I’ve only been training for about two months and the results im seeing are just amazing. I recommend this place to everyone!!!
