When I went to join the gentleman behind the counter with long dreadlocks was not helpful at all made it very difficult to join but the other young man behind the counter took over and was more helpful, the locker room was clean, and it appeared that it’s going to be a good place, but it’s early , much better than the Danbury gym which is very dirty and the climate has changed there

Terrible customer service , I was waiting for a phone call from the manager for over 3 weeks , they overcharge me and wouldn’t refund me plus they are charging me an extra fee for cancelling my membership. Don’t go here they don’t care.

I’m a member of PF in Florida, I called Brewster because I will be in NY for the weekend. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and informative. I’m excited to visit this club whenever I visit NY!

Gym is clean, Ashley at the front desk is so kind. My concern with this gym is you shouldn't be judged, not at this gym or any gym. One of the employees at this gym came up to me and told me I was lifting too heavy, I'm friendly & polite so I listened to what he had to say, he then proceeded to tell me my pants were see through and my top was too tight. He added that I should wear lose fitting clothing to the gym. His comments were unprofessional & rude. I should have went to management but instead decided to try my best to uncomfortably avoid him at the gym. There was another incident with him and I approached management. Don't believe anything was done about it. If anyone makes you uncomfortable please stand up for yourself in that moment and by alerting management. Considering switching gyms.
