Today was my first time going I like it. The bathrooms were clean and spacious room for the lockers. Easy to clean equipment I shall continue going. I’ve lost 23 pounds so far and I shall continue coming to get fit and gain more progress.

If you want a low price fitness option its great but without a sauna (minimum), steam room and hot tub option I pass. The YMCA in Fairfield County gives you a LOT MORE for a bit more money.
