Planet Fitness

So far I enjoy coming here. The place is relatively clean and staff is pretty friendly. The only thing I dislike at this point is certain patrons on their cell phones on the exercise floor. Very rude, hopefully staff can be more vigilant on policing this behavior. Ive been coming here since May 2021.

I had a membership here and after 8 months they told me I have to pay an extra $81 and they didn't provide any reason or proof. I was also not allowed inside, and it happened on the same day, on my birthday, in the morning. When I tried to get in, the representative told me she would call the police. What they are did it was so disrespectful and unethical. So I left there so upset and signed up at the Edge fitness club. I recommending to Danbury Planet Fitness management to go to Edge and learn from them how they should talk to customers.

Please stay away !This place is rat infested with CERTAIN (. Not all, but many dirty men who will lure any vulnerable, insecure women to live off from. Be careful ladies and clutch your purses. There are leaches here and they will do their best to attach their selves to you for a free meal, etc .

Been with planet Fitness for over 6 years, I always feel safe going into the gym. Because there is two floors of spaciousness, you're never close to any one person. Not to mention, the price is awesome that you pay monthly. I definitely recommend planet fitness to anyone looking for a gym that offers so many different member services.

Staff is very helpful. Spoke to an employee named Henry about issues with my membership and he was extremely helpful and stayed on the line with me the whole time until we got the situation handled. Very pleased with the customer service.

Very good facility. The current employees are professional, and they do a great job keeping the place clean.I think it would be helpful it you posted some signs in the free weight area reminding people to re-stack the weights when they're done. It's not fun taking 200 lbs of weights of the bar because the next person can use itr.

I had a great experience there. Not too packed when I went. I recently moved and it was amazing how easy it was to cancel my membership. It was not like other gyms that make it impossible to cancel. I would definitely sign up for planet fitness if there is one closer to me again.

I like to workout, but I do have to day that the staff here are not very friendly. They need to have much better customer service skills.. majority of the time they don't even say hi or bye.. greeting someone isn't very difficult to do. The toilets in the woman's bathroom are usually very nasty and dirty.. I keep going here because rhe location is convenient for me and they close later than other gyms on the weekends and you can't beat full membership price.

Friendly staff, lots of equipmentMy one complaint is lack of a bench in the private changing area in the showers and no small tables outside of the showers to keep your stuff off the floor

Best gym ever. Glad to see some days of the week are back to 24 hours, especially with my crazy work hours
