Like it..very clean...not that busy...being there on peak hours and you can work out well..staff is nice.

I’m honestly appalled at the kind of people this place hires for managers. My friend literally went in for an interview, was told to wait when he got there, waited 30 minutes and was then denied his interview because he took out his phone while he was waiting. This is so ridiculously unprofessional that I’m surprised this employee still has his job.

The staff at this location seem like they haven’t been properly trained to help in any way.i will cancel membership Monday I try to down grade my membership and there is a $29 early just down grade and told the guy to cancel and there is a $65 they rather loss a customer then wave the down grade fee.

Terrible customer Service. I have moved and wanted to cancel my membership before the autopay draft. They said they only way to cancel membership is in person ou sending a letter, which I did. For my surprise, despite on that, the membership fee was deducted today out of my bank account. I called and they said they could not refund the money.

Not too crowded and the very young staff is friendly enough. But the lockers are all filthy. And the outside building is VERY dirty and trashy! Lots of wrappers and bottles right by the entrance that have been there for weeks (see pictures). And the music is HORRIBLE!! Especially after 10:30pm where they play lots of loud, uncensored, terrible rap music with tons of swear words! That’s UNACCEPTABLE for a business! Please play more exercise friendly music. Plus there’s not a lot of good or modern equipment available and the trx straps are cheap and old.

It's a great gym... I really only go for tanning services, which you can't get cheaper anywhere else. They don't always pay attention though, to if the tanning room is still occupied , maybe by someone who moves a little more slowly than others for whatever reason, getting redressed. Twice, I've been getting ready & had the bed come back on, presumably for another client, but I was still in the room. The first time, when I came out, one of the employees was standing at the end of the hall, watching the room, then sorta ducked behind a corner when she saw me come out... I don't think she works there anymore though.Also, I think it's kinda funny that a gun has a huge bucket of tootsie rolls at the front desk for patrons!

I would like to thank James for canceling our membership and fabricating (lying) to Brian the manager. I see you know nothing about honesty, integrity and most of all “Karma.”I gave one star because Brian was a gentleman, professional and most of all understanding to immediately reinstate our membership. I chose not too.We went to the Edge and in my opinion the entire staff prides themselves in professionalism! Open floor plan, movie theater while you run, elliptical and ride the bike, so many additional workout activities. Thanks again James!

Staff is chill, equipment is decent, i only stay because of some machines. People are rude and that ruins the gym. Im there to lift not have old men disturb the workout. They need to enforce moral code and personal space this ain't mcdonalds

Totally works for me. I work in NYC and have this for weekend workouts. With the black card, I can bring my son (or a guest anytime). Equipment is clean, gym goers are nice and polite, staff is friendly. Nothing to not like.

This gym is hands down the worst in the area. It needs to be cleaned once in a while and the equipment is of really poor quality. Planet Fitness of Danbury also has no customer service reputation whatsoever. The staff at this location seem like they haven’t been properly trained to help in any way. Although, most of them are friendly enough. Beware of their cancellation policy. I came in to discontinue my membership and signed off on everything. 2 months later I was charged for membership and an “annual fee”. The guy working the front desk never cancelled my membership and never informed me so I had to pay the bill for a gym I haven’t been using. I even bought the membership that had a no cancellation fee policy! In other words I am getting penalized because someone on their end didn’t do their job and the manager said tough luck. Needless to say if I could rate this less than one star I would. What a joke of a gym. Go the Edge gym around the corner. It’s much better!
