Honestly I don’t use the showers or anything here and I don’t really have any reason to interact with the staff but I’ve been coming here on and off a few times a week for a few months now and I have never had a bad experience. I put my headphones in and no one tries to talk to me. Never encountered a broken machine but some of them are well worn. (Ab rotator one could use fresh handles) other than that I am just happy to have a place to work out and be left alone.

Clean facility, friendly staff. Fairly crowded Saturday evening. Largest Planet Fitness I've been to, split into two levels. This one also had a 12 minute abs area, which I have not seen in other locations.Some of the facilities in the men's room and a couple machines were out of order.

What is going on here?!?! Fix the broken machines faster!! Some have been out for a week Clean the locker rooms every day! You need new flooring in shower area. Someone is going to slip and get hurt. Now a lot of the TV's are out for several days. Machines still aren't fixed and need to be dusted. A lot of people standing around chatting, though. Where is the management? This used to be a good place to work out.

Just cancelled my membership! The gym is ok. It has good equipment. The personnel not that great. They’re not attentive and it seems that they don’t care for the huge Latino community in the area. The kid in the picture didn’t even make eye contact with me as I was canceling two memberships. Well, I guess that big empires never come to an end. Oh well, let’s find another gym!

Many things need replacing and you tell the staff and they say they told corporate but they won't do anything.Men's room showers are disgusting 2 broken ones and now a stall is also out of order.Place is aways busy except on Sundays. Use to be a go to place. Now turned in to a club 24 concept gym that's old and run down.
