Great spot for people who work crazy hours ... open 24 hrs during week and weekends good hours too... clean quiet and never too busy ... always available stations

Everything great about this Gym .. highly courteous staff, clean facility, enough equipment, easy access, hydro massage is cool and all of this at a very affordable price. Plus free Panera Bagel once a month ;)

I tried to put the membership on hold. I can't do it only for medical or military reasonI have to live the country for months so I have to pay $ for nothing or a $50-60 cancellation fee and send in a letter, stamp, post office etc. Obviously is made to be hard to get done.Other gyms can solve this in a very convenient way. I would like to see this change or I have to change gym that is not my intention.

I've requested for well over 2 years for them to address their internet (or lack thereof) issues. No people are here to work out they are also here to do other things that require wireless connectivity. This issue has never been resolved despite multiple escalations to management and it' reason enough that people will continue to leave the gym.

Looks like every other high quality planet fitness. Let's be honest there are some low quality planet fitness gyms in CT but this isn't one of them. It's clean and the people are nice if your quiet while lifting but the lack of free weights is a bit of a disappointment.

I visited this gym on the weekend and it was huge! It was super clean and everything was nice and calm. It has a lot of equipment and the staff is nice

I love this gym! Love the 30 minute circuit room. I had to move to Norwalk and thought I would be getting the same quality gym as Danbury, I was dead wrong. Norwalk PF is NOTHING compared to Danbury, no Circuit Room, old machines, place is kind of depressing. I was so disappointed in it that I cancelled my membership. So unhappy about that. If Norwalk could get up to speed with the Danbury PF, I would be back in a heartbeat! Keep up the great work in Danbury - Dave is awesome!!

It's been about a month @ the new Danbury location. They get a B on startup instruction, training and knowledge. A+ for locker room cleanliness. Lots of paper towels and cleanser around to wipe down your station but patrons get a C for using Gym Etiquette. The Staff is getting better as the weeks go by. Dave was a big help. Tom is tops @ training. At the $10 price point for the membership, the place can get a little crowded @ peak time. Best to go off hours. A five-star operation at this point.

Signed up after having some issues with a previous gym and after a month or so and I'm planning on leaving. My main complaints are the lack of free weights, and the locker room. The gym is extremely machine heavy, which is okay but hard to get a good workout from. The locker room was extremely small for such a huge gym and the cleanliness is kinda iffy. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody who really wants to get fit. This is extremely casual gym to the point where its painful

I have had a great experience there since joining a few months ago. It has much more to offer than other gyms I have joined in the past. It is a much more reasonable price too. The staff is friendly and helpful. All you have to do is ask and they will assist you. There is plenty of equipment. Even when it is crowded, I have always had equipment to use and I have been able to follow my exercise routine. Because it has been such a positive experience, I go more often to the gym and I feel more fit and healthier since I joined. Bravo Planet Fitness! Thank you for opening up in our community!
