Terrible service. Also when I went to cancel my account they gave me the wrong email then charged me again the next month and I called ask to speak to a manager and wasn’t transferred to a manager then was told I would be call back in a few but didn’t get a call back. Had to call back again myself.

Great facility at a great price. A few less machines pre Covid. But don't worry, still most of the Hook's in the men's locker are still gone. Tough to find one you can use when it's busy.

Clean and well kept facility with proper social distancing and a variety of equipment. Excellent massage chairs and other amenities are available. Drinks, snacks and other gym supplies (i.e. water bottles, earbuds) are available for purchase at reception, which also has contact free check-in and courteous staff.

The gym is great, and i would have given them 5 stars but they won’t enforce the cell phone policy and allow people to have very loud and very rude conversations over face time/phone while on machines

Wow Danbury, you have upped your game!! Much better experience this visit. MUCH better from last time in every way. Men’s bathroom is cleaner as well as the whole gym. Staffs are more pleasant and friendlier. 5-stars from me

It's not a full service gym, but it's an affordable and clean place to workout. There are lots of machines. I've never had to wait to use them. The hydro massage machines are awesome.
