First time in and no one addressed me at all, didn't ask about my free training eligibility even after I signed in and told them it was my first time. No direction on where I could go over a layout of the place

Facility is decent and clean.Only complaint i have is the latest addition of homeless people being allowed to live in the parking lot that roam around walking next to peoples cars is unacceptable...

Never any open benches, always the same people hogging equipement , tried to cancel to switch to the edge and yall wanted a 65$ cancellation fee. Leaving your gym asap

Terrible staff, wouldn’t let me buy another card with cash. Wasn’t allowed into the gym even though i pay monthly. Im definitely leaving this gym and switching to another one.

Always get onto a machine with little or no wait. Clean the machine before and after use! Some people never clean after. Staff never says hi or goodbye 🤔 Would have given a higher mark if they did …

Nervous, my first time going into planet fitness, i have a treadmill at home so im willing to try other equipment at this gym. Never ever been to a gym before so let give this a shot.

The check in scanner at this gym was not working and the employee, Isaac, insisted I keep trying until it goes through even though it clearly wasn’t. Instead of picking up the scanner to scan my phone himself after multiple failed attentions, he decided to snatch my phone out of my hand and scan me in. Unfortunately the gym manager was not there at the time. The employee then refused to give me his name when asked and proceeded to call the police on me and escort me out of the gym. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and this employee has a horrible attitude. What a disgrace Plant fitness!

Good size gym staff very friendly helpful if anything breaks like toilets usually takes 2 weeks to fix something so maintenance isn't very good they did replace all the aerobic machines the other machines were taken from two planet fitnesses in Derby combined one here they haven't been replaced in all this time and they have to be oiled because they jam up time for new equipment also they keep the air condition setting much too high it does not cool off the first floor where the heavy weights are tough working out and not humidity in there especially with the mask on every other planet fitness I've been to as much cooler

New staff very unfriendly not helpful including manager who is hardly ever in sight. No greeting. Hello/goodbye. They are always preoccupied engaged in conversations with each other and do not even look up.WINDOWS ARE STILL FILTHY. When are you going to focus on deep cleaning this place? Everyone I speak to tells me that they are no longer a member of PF because it is filthy.

Been going here for about 2 years and I really like it. I spend about 90 minutes 3 times a week at this gym and the experience has been good overall. The desk staff is always friendly and welcoming.
