I've enjoyed working out here since it opened, but I've been really impressed by the way that handled the new covid-19 precautions. They take it very seriously, and let you just worry about getting your workout in.

It is a very clean gym. All the equipments are amazing , and the team members are friendly and helpful especially the lady Jordan, she was super helpful she oriented me for all the gym facilities and i had the black membership for a very excited rate.

They have charged me $80+ since they closed from the covid pandemic in March with no communication that they started charging me again after they initially paused everyones memberships. I was basically just told theres nothing they can do about refunding and that I could find customer service phone number online. Once I called them they said it can only be resolved at the independently owned planet fitness location. Be aware if you have had your account on hold they started charging a couple months ago and will not refund your money.Also was told there was no way for me to contact the manager...Update: this was the email contact they told me to reach out to:"Hi Amber, thanks for taking the time to reach out to PF's Social Response Team.We encourage you to speak with your club's manager with regard to your membership, friend. Refunds are typically handled under the discretion of your home club manager as that all clubs are independently owned and operated. Always clean, very spacious and never overly crowded even when it does get busy. My fav location hands down. I have one right by my house and I still make the extra trip just for this location!

Simply put i love my gym.its very clean Danny is thee best ever at running this gym.customer service is awesome!every one there are very friendly its so easy to make friends there.bathrooms are very clean I workout twice a day there upon entering the air is very clear no stuffiness smell the coach there is awesome at helping u....swan is my last name

Danny and Noah are awesome managers and helped fix my home gym mistake. They were extremely helpful, understanding and kind towards all of my needs. My favorite PF so far! :)

This is my favorite location, it's been open for several years, and is still well maintained, and very clean. The GM Danny has done, and continues to to great job!

Staff is great, place is clean and everyone masks up. The dress code seems a bit lax, guys are wearing string tanks, throwing punches into the mirrors...it's starting to look like the powerhouse...

My first gym membership since I got here was at planet fitness on michigan ave. I couldn’t believe how cheap it was. Moreover, I couldn’t believe that I get to have a PT with my 10$ monthly subscription. Coach Andy is the best!

Please have Andy teach more classes at night for people that have to work during the day. He does a fabulous job and is very professional. He keeps his clients motivated while having fun.
