First time there in over a year because of COVID19. Was pleased to see actions were being taken to sanitize equipment and bathrooms regularly. Also masks required which is great.

Errant charges form Planet Fitness again,. PF was great at communication when COVID hit and put memberships on hold. Unfortunately, they only sent out ONE email when they decided in August to open back up, and I was charged.I called and (of course) they wouldn't reverse the charge, so I asked to cancel my membership. Just got billed the other day, so called again. I was told that whomever I spoke to before "put a freeze on my account" and didn't cancel it.Absolutely no ownership or any willingness to do the right thing here.

Planet Fitness in Dearborn on Michigan Ave. is awesome! From the first day they opened, they have always kept the gym spotless. I don't care what time of day you attend, there is someone always cleaning. The manager is very involved in that process. The employees are never standing around doing nothing. I have the Black Card so I visit other locations occasionally, this club beats out all the clubs downriver on work ethics and cleanliness!

The worse new staff ever, they need more training on dealing with customers. very very bad quality of customer service. I am so disappointed with the customer service.They keep asking us to show proof of payment because their document show we did not pay for this month.We showed them the proof of the bank to let us in with the bad attitude of the front desk .She was so rude with me yesterday and another oneWith my wife today she asked same question!! . They Need to get better raining using the computer to get information and on how to deal with clients. The manager is the best in solving his staff mistakes.

Best gym ever! I have been a member for years. It is always clean, staff are always cleaning and replenishing disinfectant. During covid, they have followed the cdc guidelines perfectly. I was nervous at first but I’m glad I went. Staff enforces masks with members.

I love this gym! It’s always so clean and the General Manager Danny is very kind and personable. Both Danny and his team are always pleasant to be around. I would not go anywhere else, highly recommended!

So many forms of exercise in a spacious clean environment with showers for $20 a month with one guest attached to this membership. They also have a membership plus which entitles you to extras.

Really want to go but they are closed due to pandemic!😭Love love love. .. I have a bum knee at the moment however, 20$ a month to tan in the best booths ever??? Never can you pay $20 for a month long package anywhere to tan except here!!!

I belong to the one in Dearborn on Michigan aveAnd Danny is thee best runner of that store he keeps it very clean and his team of workers is also great very friendly he walk around and check everything and make sure things are done correctly .the bathrooms are A1 the machines are cleaned the moment we get off of them if i could give that store a billion stars i would i am very comfortable there A1 vibe is awesome everyone is very friendly.....if he leave this store i will cancel my membership....i love planet fitness 💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋

Can't beat the monthly cost! It's great to have a membership w/ so many location options, plus the ability to work out, tan, etc! Always spotless, staff is always friendly & 24 hour availability is perfect!
