It should be called 20 hour fitness. I get off at 1 am and it is apparently closed from 12 to 4 am. This is an awful name for a gym that should be open 24 hours...

Unfortunately they are not open 24hrs anymore....and now u can only workout for 1.5hrs a day...but they still want to charge you full price $34 a month.....nope just switched to Fitness Connection after 11yrs with 24hrs fitness.

Big branding mistake announced this week. If your brand proposition is in your name, you have to be brand consistent. Deciding to only be open 20 hours a day is NOT brand consistent. Is a new name on the horizon? “20 Hour Fitness!” Consider me a “detractor” now. Sorry to negatively impact your much worked for Net Promotor Score.

My first time back since COVID 19. They "require" masks per their notices on the doors and 24Go app. While I was working out I noticed more than half of the members not wearing masks or gloves and several employees not wearing masks. I understand masks can be uncomfortable and inconvenient, so do go to they gym if you don't want to wear a mask. My 7 cousins that had Covid will attest that Covid if far more uncomfortable and inconvenient. I wear my mask to protect you, unfortunately we are a country of "me" not "we" lately.

John gredik lived up to the last part of his name. Offered to cancel my membership. Told me I have to sign out even if I signed in. This guy interrupted me on several occasions, talked over me and continued to do when told it was rude. No common sense in times like these. In times where 24 hour fitness has filed bankruptcy and got hit hard from rona not having all there clubs open back up. And threatened to cancel my membership of over a dozen years. This is ridiculous. It needs to be dealt with.

So I am extremely disappointed I started my 3-day pass yesterday at the 24 hour fitness in Southlake.I was told that I would have a trainer show me the arm weights because it's been awhile since I've been here I just wanted a refresher course that never happened. so came back today hoping to get that done still nobody here to do it today also the pool is closed. Half of the workout I do is in the pool so I feel like it was a wasted trip I will not be back at least to this location 😟😫😱

I've been a member of 24 Hour Fitness in Southlake since soon after they first opened. I've always liked the staff, the location, and the equipment in comparison to the other fitness centers in this area. However, the main reason I decided to join was because this particular location was open 24 hours. Now, it is only open 20 hours and that's an issue to me, especially given that the name of the place is "24 Hour Fitness." The hours that they picked to close were also the hours that I was most often able to make it. Sad to say, I am looking around at other options.

The latest update, lacked a surprising number of things, the new football field thing is interesting, but it bunches up the other equipment a bit too close together say my boys
