I have been a member at this gym for 5 years. Overall, I've had a good experience and don't plan on canceling my membership any time soon. Eveb if I were to join another gym, I'd still keep my membership just out of convenience. Friendly staff, decent shop area if I ever need anything in a pinch, and even during peak hours it doesn't take that long to get to the equipment I need.

I joined this location just over two months ago, so not sure if they have improved since some of the comments I read on Google, but I haven't had the issues others seem to have had. I visit three to four times per week.Gym is clean, large enough not to feel too crowded, and the staff are welcoming. I have only experienced a few pieces of equipment not working, which is common, but they seem to be fixed in a week or so. This isn't Lifetime (I was member for ten years), but you aren't paying Lifetime dues either. This is a solid gym with good equipment and I would recommend.

Great gym, great staff, glad I got grandfathered in with a great price. Clean facilities, good classes, love the atmosphere, not too lunky

Signed up for a 2 month trial membership in September. Called to cancel membership due to lack of cleanliness in the club in October-November, continued get billed through February before we noticed it on our CC statements. Called customer service today and they could find "no record" of our call to cancel and refused to refund dues from when "we thought" the membership had been cancelled. Very disappointed.

Do not recommend gym. Equipment always broken, Gym is dirty. Staff needs better training as they tell you incorrect things on your membership. Hidden annual fee and will take you 60 days to get your membership stopped. Unprofessional dirty gym.

Gym has gone down hill in the last several years. Equipment constantly broken with no sense of urgency to get it fixed. Management doesn't seem to care that their gym is broken and decides to do things like paint the gym, replace the sauna, etc... hello??! What about fixing the things that make it a fitness facility? Cardio equipment, weight equipment... always broken. Now someone from their financial services department keeps calling me to inform me my account is terminated. Yes, I'm well aware I cancelled and never want to see your filthy gym again. Please stop calling me. Smh...

I have a membership here and I wasn't alloyed in for 3 months since they set up a secondary account under my name which was went to collection. I was getting called by collectors and by 24 hr saying that I hadn't paid. I had bank statements showing that I had paid on my real account but they didn't realize they had set up 2 accounts for me. I have been charged over $550 for 6 months of membership. They refuse to let me out of my contract or compensate me in any way for all the inconveniences they have caused me. Needless to say, joining this gym was one of the worst ideas of my life.

I have several complaints about 24 hour fitness. #1 the gym is never clean, especially the bathrooms. #2 fix your equipment.. treadmills are always broken. and the weight machines are old. I would not recommend this gym to anyone

The locker room is not the cleanest, and doesn't have any privacy to people in the locker rooms.
