Customers appreciate the friendly staff, clean environment, and the variety of available equipment. Smallish, but one of the nicest and cleanest sports of its design. Not busy at night.

Facility is ok. Service Manager should be replaced to retain business. Extremely Rude and Terrible customer service.

Good gym, great night crew. The gym turns off the AC at around 10pm and it gets pretty hot. Wish they wouldn't jip those of us who can only come late at night.

I have been a member for over 4 years. The people are very friendly. The gym has everything you could need. There is a sense of community between members. The have some of the most awesome teachers: Kim F and Christina are phenomenal.

I am 75% cardio and 25% weights. My goal is to be fit and toned, not muscle bound. The one HUGE thing that makes this score low (right now late 2013) is the lack of TV's built into the treadmills. Nothing is better than watching TV while running. Come on, the TV's have been built in for over a decade at other gyms! If try to run on the current 24hr fitness treadmills from the 70's, I trip! The reason is I try to look at the TV that it always off to the side. The one positive is the steam room!

WISH THERE COULD BE NEGATIVE STARS. Had been a member of 24 hour fitness for over 15 years, went in last April to change my address IN PERSON at the club. 6 weeks ago, my membership did not autorenew and when I called to pay for it I was told they wanted to charge me 100 per person to REINSTATE my membership, which oddly has a brand new contract. The manager Scott Yeang was more interested in lecturing me about my frustration level with HIS EMPLOYEES failure to do their job than solving the problem.STAY AWAY... customer service is clearly not the motive here. Allowing the employees to stand around, not do their job and punish the client apparently is this locations goal.

My wife just went in there to inquire about a membership and now I wish she hadn't. I was considering them among a few options for exercise several times a week, now forget it. She gave them a valid phone # with some trepidation, which turned out to be a BIG mistake. She started getting soliciting calls from them almost immediately. When she didn't answer, they called once a day.every day, even on Saturday at 9:30am! I finally called them and demanded they stop calling. The young girl on the other end of the call, made it sound like it was my wife's fault for not returning their soliciting calls. Overall very bad experience with this 24hr fitness location. If they can't even respect someone's personal phone #, imagine giving them any other information or respecting a membership agreement. If you do sign up, don't give them a valid phone number unless you like to be called by your gym all the time, at all times of the day and night!

Overall this was a really good gym. The equipment was new and well maintained. The staff seemed friendly enough. My only complaint was that the locker room was a little dirty. It wasn't too bad, just a little dirty and I was there during a busy time of the day. That being said I was there around 5 PM on a work day and there was no problem at all with equipment availability so that's a good thing.I have to admit, I was mostly impressed by the giant helicopter sized ceiling fan.

Nice club with a large variety of equipment. This particular club also has some of the most knowledgeable trainers in the DFW area. It is also one of the most comfortable clubs related to temperature because of the fan installed, suspended from the ceiling!

We have lived In several states And been members Of numerous clubs. The trainer who worked with me, Justin Lewis, was excellent. He really knows his stuff! I did have customer Svc issues with one of The front desk employees, as well as The GM.
