FRAUD !!!!! Credit card keeps get charged, Alexis, the manager, refused to cancel over the phone, even after they validated my identity. They wanted me to come in person ( I was overseas ) or go to the post office ( and waste over an hr ) to send a certified letter to cancel !!How is legal to keep on charging my card ?I'm escalating this issue with AG to investigate this place for running authorized credit card transactions.

Complained about something to the manager and bro told me “just go to another gym” Don’t go here a lot of the machines are constantly out of service and bad quality. I recommend Club 4 Fitness similar prices but instead it’s 24/7 and a lot better machinery. Don’t know the managers name but he made my experience at this gym very bad won’t recommend to family or friends.

I’ve been a member of many gyms. The Coppell gym treats you like family. The atmosphere is extremely friendly for novices and the staff wants you to succeed. The trainer I work with is knowledgeable and I learn something from him every session. The head trainer is a gem of a guy and the GM keeps things running smoothly. You can tell he is committed to keeping a clean and smooth running gym. He puts in the hours and leads by example. Warm welcoming and with outstanding staff. I have no complaints.

I would not go here again. When you sign up, it's a bunch of sales people that don't tell you the whole truth and tell you stuff, then don't honor it. And when you do cancel your membership, they continue to bill you. They can't do anything about it at the club, you have to call corporate and they don't do anything about it either. Enjoyed the classes but the room is dirty (always huge hairballs all over the floor) and either cold or hot, never comfortable.Update - got a call from the new manager today - he said the issue of people promising stuff and then 'not remembering it' later will not be an issue anymore. We've moved so I'm not going back either way but..... I'd heard that from the last manager too. Good luck!!!

The manager's customer service is horrible they are rude, they keep changing trainers. It's a high turnover,so you sign up for someone, and then that person will leave the company... Then they won't refund your money for you signing up with that direct person. I have call customer service for the last 2 to 3 weeks no response and no reply. They make it impossible for you to give your 30 day notice because they don't reply back to your phone calls.UPDATE*****Customer service finally called back over a week later told me I could cancel my membership at any gym location then told me that I could transfer my PT training sessions to another gym. Went into the gym located near my home the GM was there he couldn't process anything. He sat there looked at me asked him to cancel my membership as well as transfer my PT sessions and he couldn't do either. Explain to him that Customer service OK'd the process and he still looked at me meanwhile....I am heading to the original gym which is anticipated 45 minutes from my house to do the paperwork, and cancel.Which judging by the phone conversation of letting them know I'm on my way they seem to probably not be able to access this transaction either, this will probably be a waste of gas and energy...

I started in April. The childcare is wonderful. Caleb is amazing for one on one training...I highly recommend him. My goal was to get stronger and feel better about myself...thank yall

Texas Family Fitness is awesome! The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive. Anytime I walked into the gym I was always greeted and encouraged to have a great work out. One particular person on staff—Brady— always made sure I gave my all in my workouts and stayed consistent. I can honestly say I only had one week out of 8 where I wasn’t consistently working out 4 times a week but otherwise I stuck to my workouts and my loved ones were able to see the change. Def recommend this gym if you’re committed to getting the body of your dreams!

The biggest scammers of the fitness industry. They literally took my husbands information while creating my account. Then when I cancelled my account they started a new account under my husbands name without my permission. Must avoid these guys are filthy people trying to save their face after COVID hurt their business. Disgraceful.

Unbelievable - I posted this review (below) 1 year go and when I see reviews today they have exactly the same type of review I had posted. This definitely says a lot about the replies to the comments that 'whoever' from the facility is posting and lies after lies, no action taken to improve and have the community members suffer through the same experience I had a year go. Needs to be reported to legal authorities!!!I posted the below about a year go:These people are thieves. The manager is just there to collect money using as many loopholes or fraudulent mechanisms. Very badly managed facility. The corporate is even worst. Try to leave them and see the disaster that follows you for months to come... horrible!!!

Love how close this gym is to my house and understand the reduced hours when mandated for Covid 19 but they are STILL closing at 5:00 on Saturday and Sunday. I have asked about it but can't get a straight answer from anyone who works here. The wifi never works either and again, can't get any help with that either. I have a fitness plan through my insurance so I can go to any participating gym. LA Fitness in Coppell doesn't close until 7 on Saturday. I guess I'll have to start going there. I would think with all the competition in the fitness facility industry, management would keep a check on such things. This gym is not any nicer - may not even be as nice - as LAF so why would people keep coming here over any other gym? I dont understand it and give up trying. I will be heading to LAF when this gym closes and will be a regular there from now on. I hope TFF wakes up before they have to close. Good luck!.
