I lost respect for this place! I prefer a thousand times to pay more in another Gym than in this place. Horrible customer service, broken machines and it smells awful! If you really want to get in better shape and feel good about your self in general please AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!🚨🚨 Thanks for the bad experience Joseph Martinez …

Love TFF! We were YMCA customers before they started getting more "help" from the Dallas office. We looked at LA Fitness, TFF and a couple of other workout places before making a decision. TFF is the right price, with all of the equipment we want and none of the equipment we don't need. This means it's a great place to get your sweat on, but not a country club.It was a total bonus that the staff there are rockstars! We are always welcomed on arriving and leaving. The staff knows their business. Keep up the good work!

For $10 / month this gym is a good deal. Good array of equipment and I don’t really wait to use the weights. Really wish they would stop pushing customers to use trainers. Otherwise I’m a satisfied customer

It’s A good place for working out but when it comes to your kids they don’t care. They will have untrained staff (front desk employees) cover if the kids club employees are out sick. That is a BIG liability if your child gets hurt bc those employees are not trained or know what to do. I might have to start looking at LA Fitness where they have their stuff together

0 stars! Mgmt is impossible to get ahold of at gym and at corporate. Was told my calls would be returned multiple times over a billing issue-yet no return call after weeks! Employees at location unable to resolve issue of being ripped off and over charged 164$ three times for training I didn’t authorize. ( I agreed to and bought 4 training sessions! ) Avoid the guy named “D” unless you like to pad his pocketbook and be lied to.

Joseph Martinez is the worst manager to have ever been hired at this location. He’s extremely rude and very unprofessional. He Gave me a different membership than what we talked and agreed upon. Went in today and he wouldn’t look my way or greet me. But everyone else he had no problem greeting. He showed a lady around the gym and once she walked about he whispered “I’d tap that”. When I asked multiple employees to get him so he could resolve this issue he told them no and continued to stay in the bathroom on his phone

Update 12/30: This has been resolved to my satisfaction.Update: 12/22. I have been contacted and if addressed to my satisfaction, I will post.Original post: Like many of the reviews here, I was consistently charged AFTER COMING IN PERSON TO CANCEL IN 2018. Charges continued even after being promised by a manager that they had indeed cancelled my membership and that a refund would happen. This was months ago and the charges continue. Legal restitution is the only remaining option since they cannot resolve in person or return calls from their corporate location.

I had cancelled my service at the beginning of last year after I had frozen my account due to the pandemic and stopped going yet TEXAS FAMILY FITNESS kept drawing money from my account even though I wasn’t using it. I stopped payment thru my bank and have called corporate, left voicemails and emailed them but no answer. I have gone to this location yet they cannot help me. NOW I’m getting a debt collector sending me a bill and hurting my credit. This is unacceptable I need all my money back that was wrongly taken and the debt dropped and a formal letter sent to the credit bureau or my next step is contacting a lawyer.

Jay at the Frisco location harassed me for over TWO HOURS me until I had a panic attack trying to get me to sign up personal training sessions before even offering me the opportunity to sign up for the basic gym membership. To get some relief from his harassment I agreed to the promotional membership often just to leave. Yes Jay continued harassing me again, even after repeatedly telling him no, which time my daughter finally said to him "please just let my mother go". Jay who I just found out is also the manager at the Frisco location LIED and showed me another clients contract stating that they had the personal training services to aid in convincing me to sign up for sessions. Jay also LIED about my monthly payments and never gave me the FREE work out before forcing me to sign up. I never visted the facility and advise others to take their memberships to a real gym. This company is a fraud worst than a tote your note car company. Looking into legal action as we speak. I would give them and their janky business practices a negative 100 if I could. TEXAS FAMILY FITNESS... I DO NOT RECOMMEND ZERO OUT IF ZERO STARS

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I am active military and I have cancelled my membership 3 times and they are still charging me. Continuously call to resolve the issue and they then say they cancelled it and tell me to contact corporate who will issue my refund. Well, when you call corporate there mailbox is always full and no one answers. Check the better business bureau before signing up they have an F rating and over 150 complaints in the year. This place is fraudulent and I would never patronize this business again.
