IMPORTANT:TO ANYONE READING THIS, TFF have received and refused to answer 80 Better Business Bureau complaints in the last 12 months alone. They have an F.Sneaks a "last month" clause in your contract. Tried to cancel subscription because my cancerous aunt is immunocompromised and I can't risk Covid, but they force you to do it in-store, which is morally bankrupt to begin with. It just shames people for canceling, no other purpose. You can do it by mail, but that's an insane hassle and no other companies do this besides gyms. Finally, they force you to pay for the NEXT month. If I try to reject the charges, I'll lose a huge chunk on my credit score. So holding my credit score hostage too.Disgusting.

Staff is rude, gym is unclean. A lot of times cleaner and towels will be out for hours. They were antimask since day one, proving they don't truly care about their members health. Staff does not do anything about members not wearing masks and not respecting social distancing.EDIT: they can blantatly lie in their response and say they encourage masks and require it of staff but baby don't lie, at best your staff wears masks as fashionable chin straps as they scroll instagram on the clock, most of the trainers can't even bother to put the mask on at all. Walk in at anytime and see for yourself : )

I've had my share of gyms and this is the best gym I've ever been a member of. The facility is newly updated and clean. The staff and management are very kind. Their primary goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals.

My boyfriend and I have been going here for a few months now, we actually drive a decent distance to go to this gym as opposed to others. Super clean place and has a lot of variety for both cardio and lifting/strength based training. I’ve yet to participate in classes or be able to do some of the stuff that comes with the membership, but hopefully soon. You can’t really go wrong here, I would for sure recommend

Good gym and decent price. Good variety of equipment. Not too crowded in mornings. Gets pretty crowded in evenings. Good amount of cardio equipment and benches for free weights.Often the soap is out in some of the men’s shower dispensers early in the morning, so don’t think usage is the cause. The locker room is a little on the small side, with two toilets and two urinals. One of the faucets’ handles has been broke for months. But overall it’s a good gym with more pro’s than con’s.

Don't listen to these bad reviews. I've been coming here for about a year and the staff is the most friendly people I've encountered in some time. The gym is well kept and well managed. Thank you to everyone especially the GM (bald guy not sure of his name to be honest)

This is one shady outfit. Bought a one year paid in full membership in 2018 ,6 months after the membership expired charges begun to appear on my card ,called the store various times till finally got a Manager to tell me he couldn't understand why they were still billing me but I would have to resolve the issue with main office. Here we are 2021and the main office refuses to issue refund or stop billing for that matter. Had to get the card company involved and still not resolved. Funny thing is that I tried to pay for the year in cash and they couldn't take cash. I think this is the plan all along

I really like the gym, and the people who work there are very friendly. My only complaint is a lack of a mask mandate. I am vaccinated, so it isn’t an issue for me. But, I really feel sorry for the young unvaccinated employees who are exposed to the multitudes who refuse to wear a mask. If I were out looking for a new gym, I would not choose this one (at this time) because of that. Again, it is not an issue for me. I still wear my mask, even though I’m vaccinated, for the protection of others.Otherwise, the gym is great!

I called to speak to Rachel or Nicole about my closed account. I was told I would be contacted in 5 to 10 business days. That was Jan. 8, today is Jan 26th and still nothing. I closed my account, my wife's account and kids club account. Paid my dues that were owed. No big deal. My wife gets a call 3 weeks ago from a collection company called Swift collections. They're saying my wife owes 280 something dollars for unpaid dues for her gym membership. The problem is I canceled the whole account with a young lady named Veronica at the North Frisco location. Texas Family Fitness took it upon themselves to not close my wife's account and make her the primary holder of the account. I spoke to a young man named Colin who agreed with me and said that Texas Family Fitness is wrong and they have been doing this to people since covid-19. I would now like to speak with Josh Wheeler CEO about my situation.

I love this gym... I get email updates; any time we need them. Example, club closed due to busted pipes ... Also got an email letting us know gym back open now. They send great reminders as well - reminding you to live, eat, BE and stay healthy. I live in Irving but drive to Coppell, just for the gym. 5:00 am Crew!
