Often overcrowded and machines are constantly broken. Management allowed a horrendous parking situation to persist for months, and gave no warning or communication when they finally decided to enforce. There’s limited availability of classes and weights are often disorganized. The front desk staff are incredibly kind and friendly which is the only reason for the single star. I will be taking my business elsewhere because I will have a place to park and working equipment.

VASA Fitness gym at Sheridan & Jewell in Denver has 8 handicap/disabled parking spaces and allows non-eligible patrons to park in them without placards or disabled license plates. I’ve complained 3 different times to the management and they basically blew me off each time saying I should complain online. I’m disabled and would appreciate being able to park in the spot closer as I have a valid placard I display. Recently with colder weather, people are using these spaces regularly and I have been unable to park in them because of the fraudulent people using them. I’ve also complained to the local police and they blew it off too.

I like Vasa for the most part but the massage chair queue needs some serious work. You can walk up to the front desk and ask if there are any chairs available and they will cheerfully tell you sure, in a few minutes. Then they will forget about you and assign chairs to the next people who stroll up rather than you, even if you've been waiting for several minutes. It seems as though taking down names or assigning tickets would make this process a bit more streamlined. My other complaint is the lack of any kind of dress code. Some of the clientele apparently feel it is acceptable to leave the house and work out in public in what is equivalent to a tiny swimsuit. I do like the classes they offer and the majority of the employees are really nice but the two areas I've discussed above are my main problems with Vasa.

This gym will reune your credit score!!!Owning properties in so many states sometimes I have to stay months in one. place while repairs take place. I have memberships from DC to San Diego and this gym had covid rules that made working out at this gym horrible. Closing showers, locker room, mask everywhere. Staff was told by managers to strongly enforce it. Much worse than other gyms in the area. I switched, paid my last bill with a rep at the front desk while on the phone with another rep on speaker phone. What happened is they never canceled anything, they charged me and my family for memberships after canceling, signing agreement, then we had to pay for two more months we had after we had stopped going. It was done! After all the phone calls and back and forth with the staff or so we thought. After moving I get a noice from (Aldo's and associates) for Another $189.00 which only appears after it reflected the credit score. This is the only gym that does this. Please let this gym pertinently close!

Just started going here and it’s huge in comparison to my old gym. I do feel like the place is always packed though and can’t ever get a bench or a squat rack when I need to. But it’s always clean and the one class we went to was great.

Nice equipment and good amenities. A huge issue for me is the lack of cleaning, specifically in the men’s locker room. I have been going for about two weeks now at different times of the day and the locker room is always disgusting. Doesn’t seem like they do hourly checks/cleans and just let the locker room get trashed on a daily basis. It’s pretty gross. It is also extremely busy most times of the day and it’s hard to find an open machine, bench or piece of equipment. If it wasn’t so cheap I’d choose another gym.

Great gym! I felt very comfortable and all the equipment is nice and clean. The locker room is also well kept and everybody is respectful of each other. I've been going for a week now and so far I'm impressed and will continue to go!

Large gym and usually fairly clean, but often the cardio equipment is broken or just low quality. Almost every single stair climber has broken stairs or runs roughly. No one puts weights back in correct places, wipes are often not stocked.

Staff is pretty non-attentive, don’t care much for cleaning or filling the sani wipes. They have a very limited number of barbells, machines, and dumbbells. Forget about trying to get a decent work out in at peak hours. Haven’t had issues with other VASAS but you can really tell they don’t care about their customers here

I regret getting a membership. Exceedingly crowded any day 1pm-9 pm. Not enough Free weights and benches to use them. There are a lot of machines that take a lot of space and are not used as much. It seems that they are used due to the free weight benches being taken already. Locker rooms are filthy. Exceedingly high number of men don't wash after using the toilet.
