This place was the best, years ago. It was open 24 hours and I would visit late in the evening for the sauna and steam rooms. Those are closed permanently now. Such a bummer. If they would just open thw sauna and steam rooms, I would come back. I can handle it not being 24 hours. I won't come back until they reopen the sauna and steam room. I think a lot of people came just for that. It would be a wise business move. Just saying.

No pool, sauna, or Whirlpool anymore.Bummer.Everything else is 5 Stars, especially the manager and front desk staff. Very helpful!

The gym staff is less the helpful. Almost never at the front desk. I found out, after I had to "come in person" to cansle my membership, they had been charging me since March. I have asked how to resolve the issue and they said they cannot help me. I have no check in there since there. The best help I got was an email, even that has had no affect. Lifetime fitness is where I'm currently at and is the best gym I have experienced. NEVER again Golds...

Clean gym. Great variety of equipment. Good layout. Staff is great! Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The new girl at the front desk is very attentive and seems knowledgeable already.
