Been a member for a 8+ years. Can't get a fan or circulating air to save your life. No longer are the bathrooms cleaned. I only go since its close because I would never want to shower there. Also, they let some loud lady train people, but she is not an employee

They never have their air conditioning running, no one is in charge and always hot. Cheap cheap cheap.

i signed up and they told us we had to do a bodyscan so we went in and the lady was nice until she told us that we had to sign up for a class which was 200$ more and we told her we couldn’t do that and she told us they werent allowed to show us how to use the equipment so we wanted to cancel. after that they were rude to us and didnt want to help at all. so we signed all the papers saying that we would get our money back in 3-4 days because it was within the 30 days and we didnt have to check in 8 times before we would get our money back. well we just checked and they still haven’t given our money back and we went to ask why and it was because we didnt check in 8 times and they wont let us cancel after the 30 days and we wont get our money back. we come in to check in but they shut down our account so we cant check in. and now they tell us we have to come in for a body scan to finish up the cancellation. our 30 days ends in 2 days and they havent helped us AT ALL. AND their manager doesnt do anything to help a girl out. if you want an honest gym this aint it because they’ll scam you.

DO NOT USE THIS GYM, OR ANY GOLDS GYM FOR THAT MATTER. When i signed up i was told i would be in a contract for only 3 months and that after that it would go month to month from there. I tried to cancel today after a year of paying my bill on time, purchasing sports apparel and drinks and food from their location. When i tried to cancel they informed me that i was in a 2 year contract and told me it would be $400 to cancel. Do not use this gym, LIARS.
