No, just no. Pool isn't up, saunas are not working, unfriendly front desk guy. I requested to cancel my month to month and it was granted. I requested it on April 7th and they said that's a 30 day notice... I was charged for an entire month extra vs them doing the right thing and doing a prorated amount as I only used this place one time. Manager refuses to refund saying it's a full 30 days but I've been charged for two full months now. I will be reporting this to the BBB as well. Absolutely unprofessional and it's no wonder they have so many bad reviews.

The lady in the front desk she was so rude and she didn’t trust me she ask me to take a picture and put it in my file so this is so disrespectful as customer I been a regular customer for a whole never happen to me

Manager pretended to be on a call so she didn’t have to talk to me about my membership cancellation issue.Very professional, those are the type of managers that I want running my gym.

Terrible gym 3 months ago I got charged 200 dollars they didnt show it so I had to get banc records to show them they did take it out of my account. And now today they charge my card 350 dollars out of the blue my bill isn't even due until the 25th and how is it that much???
