If you are going to join a gym, I would recommend you find a good local gym, not Golds. Their advertisements are misleading and it is nearly impossible to cancel a membership.

It is a nice gym, but if you go after 5pm on a weekday, there are tons of people who do not wear masks. They only need a mask to enter. Once they enter, they do not have to wear it.

I try to be in the gym a few times a week. I'm belonged to other gyms in the past, but I really like Gold's the best. Just started going to this location and I like it a lot.

I love this gym!! I was so glad when they decided not to close it. It is clean, friendly, and machines are maintained. I always look forward to coming here.

The general manager, Sabrin Abu Seir, is an incredibly rude person. She is unprofessional and lacks the fundamental qualities of a manager. I am extremely surprised how such a person was able to work her way up to general manager. I will be reaching out to corporate about her.

It is unfortunate that core facilities for this locations are not available and there is no estimate as to when they will be. I have also had problems cancelling, paying for a third month I shouldn't be now. No contract is cool, but it shouldn't be this hard to cancel a month to month plan.
