Crunch Fitness - El Paso Dyer

It’s always full, I can’t workout. If you want to go there after work, forget about it. I’m basically paying just to try and get a decent workout on the weekends. My bank also charged me a crazy amount of fees bc they charged the wrong card, they never notified me nor called me to tell me they charged the wrong card even though I had the correct card on file.

Bathrooms are disgusting and never work. There's feces on the wall, but there are employees on their computers in the front.

It's a great place to work out; the men's restroom is filthy. No matter what time I come in, it’s the same as the day before. It doesn't look like anyone cleans it.

Classes are FIRE

Great place to workout. If they had more than one location I would totally join.

Had to go out of town for work at last moment notice so I couldn't go in into the store to cancel my membership. Went on the app it gives you an option to sent an email to cancel so I did. A month later they call me and to ask about my past due balance and I told them I had canceled my membership and he said I'll see what happened. They never got back so I assumed it got fixed. Got back two weeks ago go to the gym and they tell me I have an outstanding delinquent account and that I had to pay all those months and late fees and this was from Feb to August. Spoke to management and customer service on the phone and they said they can't do anything because they never received anything and that I have to pay what is owed.

Don’t do it… easy to join, hell to cancel. Front desk people are rude and even when you try to cancel multiple times they will just continue taking your money.

Great gym that’s has plenty of machines, space and staff to assist.

UPDATE AT THE END!!!!!! I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP........The 1st few weeks of this place being open I loved it, but it slowly went down from there.....UPDATE 10-28-2022. I have been gone for a few weeks for an extended vacation. I came back and this place is getting dirty! What is going on!???? Womans bathroom is nasty, sinks drenched in water, no TP in 2 stalls. Machines are dirty so are the floors and mirrors! Man, I'm disappointed! Update January 23,2023 Place is still dirty machines are dirty sweat on most of the stairclimbers. Womans bathroom floor is absolutely disgusting and stained with spots hair in a lot of corners. So much potential here in this gym, and the cleanliness is so off.
