If you can, avoid this gum or no matter how they sell their contracts don’t buy it. I went with them and in less than 2 months I got my orders and had to cancel my contract.I asked the saleswoman at the time of signing up if there would be a pendency of cancellation and she said “NO, WITH YOUR ORDERS, NO”.Now time came to cancel, they claimed only a manager could do that, and a manager were always in a meeting or just left. I finally got a manager(Tommy) and he placed my cancellation on hold assuring me that I won’t have to paid the annual fee since I have only been a member for less than two months(“ I can waive the fee but I don’t know if you will still have access to the gym) but let him confirmed if I can still have access to the gym till I leave( which is the first week of December)I was pleased, but only to callback back and be told that since I already paid for the month of November I will have access but I will still be charged the annual fee.🤯🤯

((UPDATE ADDED ))I love this gym for the equipment it has. but why is it so hard to find a manager on duty?? I had came in on a friday night i believe it was, wanting to cancel my membership. The only girl at the desk said it has to be a manager who has to cancel the memberships and that she would write down our information in the binder and a manager would get to it when they come in. that was it and i thought cool that’s all taken care of , i’ll just call to make sure they got it cancelled. On nov.13 I got a call saying that unfortunately canceling memberships have to be done in person and that they would be happy to assist me if i come in again to cancel it. I came in right now at 5:50PM nov.18 asking to cancel my membership and the lady at the front desk said i can’t cancel it because there is no manager on duty. mind you this is the second time i’ve came in trying to cancel it. She said i would have to come in during hours of 10am-4pm. why didn’t anyone tell me this before when i had come in ?? what about all the people who have jobs and can’t come in until AFTER 5 pm to cancel/speak to managers?? Then the lady at the desk proceeds to tell me i’m going to get charged AGAIN for this month (i get charged every 18th of every month) because i couldn’t cancel before my billing cycle. But the thing is i did ? I made my effort to come in before the 18th in order to cancel before this next billing cycle. The girl i had initially spoke to for the first time about cancellation said it was too late and i would be billed another month. I was OK with that. But then this lady I just spoke to said I would be charged ANOTHER month because i didn’t cancel before the 18th and it has to be done before the 30 day period . my point is, i made the effort and NO ONE told me I had to come in when the managers were working. No one told me the hours 10-4 either. I did my part, why can’t Crunch ? Now im going to be charged for another extra month when i won’t even be living in ep anymore .this is nothing against those two girls i had spoken to either, i know they’re just doing their job. poor training probably.UPDATE : Kyle helped me when I came in today 11/21/22 to cancel my membership. he apologized and handled it very professionally. Just solely for the way he handled this issue is 5 stars for me .

The place is good. The people are great. But y'all slaking it on cleaning it . The restroom out of paper and dirty. There's always no paper to clean the machines. The only reason why I changed to this gym was because all the other gyms where very dirty already management didn't care a bit. It's sad to see this gym becoming like the others.

Crunch is an amazing facility... The classes are diverse, intense, but always fun! Love the instructors as well, always provide a quality workout.

Ive given this gym plenty of chances and each time im disappointed. The staff doesnt greet you but are always talking to each other and the trainers are so unprofessional and unapproachable they are of no help the machines are always jot available and the restrooms arent clean theres even a sink thats been broken for a while nowi i only join cause it’s walking distance from my home but i really regret leaving my other gym cause i had to drive to get to the gym but im going to rejoin my old gym where i was acknowledged and it was more if my scene

It seems every gym wants to have you give them your bank account info. If there's no contract then I don't see what's the problem with paying in cash..now another buddy who's a member has been charged more than once on his bank account instead of just the monthly rate of $9.99 If any of you managers read this please contact me. Money isn't an issue but I don't trust anyone by giving out my bank account info....

I am so glad I came here. Excellent instructors, and other staff. In the beginning they give a complimentary body analysis. I was happy to hear what I needed to do to improve. They had options to buy training sessions. The weight lifting equipment- work they have a lot of equipment- more than the YMCA. So, I think elderly and kids go to the Y….the other crowd goes here.
