I've been going to this gym for about a month and I enjoy it very much. I feel the staff is really friendly and helpful. Especially having high anxiety and nervousness in social situations. The machines stay clean and it is a big place with high ceilings so it doesn't feel overcrowded and claustrophobic. I have not tried any classes yet but I am working with a personal trainer. His name is James Nelson. He is awsome and very patient, helpful and very informative with what my goals are. Having old sport injuries he helps adjust my routine to help build the muscle without causing severe pain. But also helps with food nutrition, water intake , vitamin knowledge and more. Very grateful and appreciate all the help I'm receiving for my healthy transformation. I've been to a few gyms and have had different trainers along the way. By far I really like how this gym and my trainer James Nelson has helped me along the way to reach my goals. Definitely excited to see my progress in the next couple months. Thank you so much 😁💪🙏

Definitely get bang for your buck, I'd put it over PF for sure. They Definitely try to sell you stuff when you get in, but beyond that great place. Definitely recommend it, they have just about everything you need. If a machine or whatever is being used they Definitely have something you can use as a work around if you know what you're doing. The only downside is they don't have family plans, so I take my wife as a guest but she can't use the massage chairs or anything with me. That's the only down side, if we're their decision I'd probably give it less stars but it's a corporate thing so as a specific location they do their best and do it well.

One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. First week it opened I decided to see if a person trainer would be a good idea for me. The first few minutes I was sold. Jess was so full of energy and motivational. She has helped me become more comfortable working out and has shown me just how much I can accomplish by pushing myself and sticking to it. I started at over 308 and in 3 months have reached the 280s. After struggling with my fitness for so long. I finally can see myself reaching my goals.

lots of broken equipment and they take forever to repair them, dirty restroom/lockeroom, too many folks crammed into the gym, cleaning methods are questionable, the massage chairs and red light rooms rarely have disinfectant and good luck finding a towel to clean the booths, and the chairs, Got the most expensive membership so I could go to classes, which is a joke because you can never get the class you want unless you go at night, which was really not an option. Another thing not to recommend it, the MANAGER VANESSA keeps making fun of people who exercise, screaming she is not professional at all as well as the staff on the phone all the time. Don't recommend at all.

Amazing place. Great employees with great attitudes. Super clean. Plenty of machines...

Not bad.. but seems like some machines are always not available because they need maintenance.

Worst gym I’ve ever been to. Nothing but ego lifters and waiting for equipment for over 30 minutes anytime of the day.

Great gym. Lots of equipment and free weights. The gym is clean and the atmosphere is great too. Plus they're open 24/7 I can't ask for more.

The gym seems nice enough. It is definitely busy during peak hours but that is to be expected since they opened recently. The staff is really friendly, but I am frustrated that I keep getting different answers regarding my monthly payment since it hasn’t been consistently applied since I joined. I’ll trust the answer I got this month, until next month when it changes again. Also, I deducted a star for no motorcycle parking. Let’s face it, the parking lot can be sketchy and bikes are high targets for thieves. I haven’t seen an employee in the parking lot- so I assume if their is an issue, crunch would tell me they have nothing to do with it. One spot near the front with a sign for bikes would at least make them visible and hopefully deter incidents.I’ll remain a member because there are no suitable alternatives, but if other options were available, I’d switch.
