UPDATE; GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTINUES!!! I had to travel out of town to Corpus Christi on an emergency . I contacted Lorenzo at the front desk 7 am and asked him to fill out a travel pass, take a picture of it and send it to me on my cell phone. Within the time we were speaking on the phone Lorenzo sent the pass. Furthermore he stated ...have the other gym call... ask for me if you need any assistance at all . This was all done in a couple of minutes and I am truly impressed with this facility and its customer service oriented staff. After 16 months...It's still evident to me that this Gym Wants my business and is concerned about giving me continued excellent service !! Thank you Lorenzo !! SG5 stars for keeping this gym super CLEAN! Mando at the front desk is Awesome. He gave me a tour and a free workout session. I immediately signed up. 3 other family members including my wife had memberships at other gyms that could not compare. This gym offers child care for a small fee...more important is the patient staff in child care room. My boy used to cry when I'd leave him...now he cries when he has to leave! Ladies in care room are super top notch!. Not sure about post regarding pushy trainers...To date I have not been solicited by them nor have I heard complaints from family members? In fact my wife is coached by Amanda one of the BEST trainers at the gym..and absolutely loves her. Friendly and professional staff, very clean and equipment is always in its right place. New equipment, plenty of TV's screens, and the best part is "NO" teenage groups hogging up the equipment, dropping it and leaving it everywhere and no staff addressing the issue. You have a focused and dedicated group that goes there only to work out and push themselves to their limits. The personal trainer's are professional and devoted. This is why you need to try it you won't be disappointed.

Golds gym by far is the premier gym in the 915. The entire staff is amazing and professional. The environment is is incomparable to any other gyms in the city. Fully loaded with top of the line equipment as well. You'll want make Golds Gym your home gym once you step in.

Haven't started yet but this review I'm leaving for the customer service I received while signing. If you are thinking about starting up go here and ask for Alejandra Rodriguez. Not only is she amazing but she made me feel right at home. She even gave me a 3 day pass to try out the facility first before signing anything. I give her 5 stars for just being herself and helping me out. Great experience.

I've worked out here for close to two years, and trained clients at this location for right at 1.5 years, therefore I have spent a considerable amount of time at this gym. I urge anyone in the area to come in for a free 3 day pass, and to at least give it a try. Kid's club available to members, sauna, functional fitness room, tires, and a community atmosphere that can't be beat by other gyms. No real complains come check it out.

Officially in love with working out again! Not only is the staff friendly but even the other members are motivating. The functional training room allows me to switch up my work out, the classes are just as intense as they are fun and the cardio cinema allows me to enjoy doing cardio! Definitely raised the bar in El Paso. Can't wait to see what the new locations will be like(:

Great Gym Set Up, Great Machines, Great Atmosphere, Lots of Free Weights, Always Clean!Few downsides:1. The reason I left EP was because they would let TEENAGERS become members, hog the machines and be on their phones while people are waiting their turn, KIDS acting like idiots, etc. Well... I'm starting to see that now at Gold's.. Talking smack to each other, hogging machines, taking up space on their phones.. It sucks!!And 2. I've only seen maybe 3 trainers there, that are really good.. The rest of them leave their client at a machine and come back whenever they feel like it or they'll be on their phone while their client is working out.. Very sad to see, especially because the trainers there aren't cheap. Just gives this great gym, that has such a great history, a bad name. SMH

I love this gym, machines are great state of the art.Front counter staff is great, juice bar is great and they know how to make a good shake. They sell meal prep meals in the shake bar.My only complaint is if your anywhere near the restrooms while doing cardio all you smell is the lbathroom. Bathrooms are clean but there is a lingering odor surrounding the area.Also I would not pay for the personal trainers .Only reason why is I see trainers on their phone with clients, no enthusiasm and a few of the trainers are always laughing and standing around .Other than that still a great place .

I love this gym!' It is quite awesome!' The atmosphere is always inviting and exuberant!! The only issue is the personal trainers with nuvision are like car salesmen!! They won't leave you alone!! For this they have lost people!! If you take this aspect away Golds gym is amazing!!

Having the best experience at a gym in a very long time. Clean. Great equipment. Staff courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Customer care is definitely a priority. Can't sing enough praises about child care center. My son looks foward for me to work out to go to care center. Excellent product in El Paso. Considering joining a gym? Need to check out Gold's first, then try to compare others to it. Bar none best gym value for the money
