Gold's Gym, Wedgewood

This gym is clean, and has modern equipment, but it's missing a couple of machines that I thought every gym had. When I joined Gold's at a different location in Texas, it was because I was told that I could use other Gold's locations when I needed to travel. At the desk today I was told that out of town memberships are not allowed until June. She was kind enough to allow me to workout today, but that's it. I was on the fence about transferring my membership since my job has brought me to El Paso, but that pushed me off the fence. I will finish my membership with the location that I started, and then I'm done with Gold's.

Sebastian in the front desk is very helpful and respectful with any questions that i may have. He goes above and beyond in helping me with any doubts. This by far has been the friendliest gym I’ve tried in El Paso. I will be recommending this gym to my colleagues.

My experience at golds wedgewood is always a great and welcoming feeling. Val who works in the front desk has always been helpful and such a kind, respectful & genuine person. Ever since the first day she signed me up, she has always been punctual and really knows what she’s talking about. If you want good customer service, Val is your girl to talk too!!

Kyle the front desk attendant was awesome. He was very helpful showing me the facility and all the amenities Golds gym offered. He’s always friendly and greets everyone who comes in. Giving them extra motivation to crush their workout.

Thank you for bringing spinning classes back! Julies class is amazing! Facility has remained cleaned since the pandemic started! Brenda in the front desk is awesome! She is always on time, friendly, helpful and is constantly cleaning! I appreciate the consistency Brenda brings to Golds during the week! It’s nice to know the gym will open at 4:00.

I've been in El Paso for couple years now and as soon as I got here I've been looking for a gym to claim it as my personal home of sanctuary. I've been to Planet fitness, Hybrid, Iron Grind fitness gym and finally Gold's Gym. The previous gyms are without a doubt a good facility, but my personal opinion, Gold's gym is where it's at. Their equipment is up to date and it's facility holds a wide variety of workout machines and weights. Best sauna's I've experienced in a gym and most importantly their customer service is top of the line. Also special thank to Andrea Gonzales, Area Manager for great customer service and assistance.

Very clean, Antonio the custodian was so polite. We exchanged pleasantries then I saw him hard at work. I miss the smoothie counter. I went to Spin class on Thursday at 5:00 and the instructor Lenore was great. She gave me such a good workout!!

I've been a member of Gold's Gym Wedgewood since day one and I've witnessed the evolution of this gym. As a frequent gym member I consider this location my second home and I appreciate the attention to detail that is done to keep the members in a happy and clean environment. I want to give a special recognition to the afternoon crew and most importantly to the young lady named Valerie. Valerie comes in each day with such a great vibe and positive attitude and she keeps it that way until closing time. In the past I've seen many front desk employees sitting on the stool and on the computer without regarding the gym environment whatsoever. Valerie is always making rounds around the gym making sure that the surroundings are clean and nifty. In the past, it was very common to see overloaded trash cans and empty paper rolls during the afternoon shift. Valerie is courteous not only with the gym members but with her coworkers as she leaves a clean environment for the morning crew to begin their shift.. She also takes the time to ask people how they are doing and is quick to resolve any issues that the members have with their accounts. It's important that we don't disregard this young lady's effort and that we give her the credit that she has earned. Employees like Valerie are the ground soldiers that make popular businesses like Gold's Gym great and that make customers and gym members keep coming back for the comforting experience. I salute Gold's Gym Wedgewood for taking the time to hire efficient employees like Valerie to represent their good name!

Gold’s gym has been awesome to me! The overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. Brenda has always been very helpful, and friendly! This a fantastic gym! Definitely recommend this gym to my friends and family!!

I had a great experience the gym has a great variety of free weights and exercise machines. Also to mention especially with the day care. The new girl Bonnie is very excellent in taking care of my child. She's very attentive with my child as well as with other children. I'm glad she's part of the organization. She's also a very hard worker which is a lot better than the others that have been there before her. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I will definitely will be coming back to this location. Keep up the great work guys you all are the best.
