Gold's Gym, Wedgewood

I am so incredibly impressed by Ashley at the front desk. This review is long overdue as I have always been greeted by her with a smile and such genuineness. Thank you for your kindness and for always making us feel appreciated as members. Your dependability to get the job done and your customer service skills are over the top and exceeds the service of even those who are in management positions.For the young gentleman that is the supervisor up front, thanks for always being such a kind hearted and attentive manager. Brenda in the front desk is always very friendly and personable! She is welcoming and helpful when it comes to questions about my account or the equipment itself, compared to previous staff members she never fails to welcome guests with a smile and a good morning, and a good bye as I leave. The gym is always clean and if attention is needed, it’s taken care of right away. Love the equipment and class options, definitely recommend this gym!

I love this gym so much. I was nervous because my baby was going to be in the kids club, but they made me feel so reassured the first day and every day since. I definitely think it’s worth paying extra for the kids club with how wonderful they are. Everything is always so clean, and the employees are always nice. The overall atmosphere of the gym is welcoming, which is really nice considering I’m pretty new to working out. Definitely recommend.

I love my gym. Not only do they have the best machines and equipment. I always work out with a good peace of mind knowing my little one is safe at the kids club. Never going to another gym.

Great friendly customer service. The gym floor and dressing room are very clean. Has a variety of classes to choose from. MX4 the newest class is awesome. I recommend Gold’s Gym on Wedgewood to everybody.

I love this gym! It’s always well organized and clean, and not to mention the staff is extremely helpful. If you have any questions or want to use equipment they have they’re always ready to help.

Super friendly staff! Location is very clean and always organized. I hardly never have to wait a long time to use different machines because of the large variety. It’s a great and encouraging environment to accomplish my workouts! :)

Golds is truly the best gym in El Paso, nice and friendly staff all around. However my perfferd time to go is later on at night because it isn’t as crowded and the gym attendant (Richard) is a real good guy and always makes my gym experience better, golds gym is clean and has a variety of machines for each workout which is great!

Samara is awesome! This is the gym I come to when I come down to visit or for work. I've been here for a week and she took care of me with great service! Got a weeks past for 20 dollars rather than paying a daily fee anywhere else. Wish there was a golds back home.

The staff is friendly and always willing to help, and they’ knowledgeable. The Les Mills group fitness classes are amazing and the instructors are all so motivating. Overall a great atmosphere I highly recommend Golds Gym wedgewood location!
