Gold's Gym, Wedgewood

Very friendly environment especially the staff and trainer Jesse Arroyos who always has a positive attitude when it comes to his clients. He has the ability to make you feel like you really can attain your workout goals and with his guidance he can get you to where you want to be.

My husband and I recently cancelled our membership with Golds Gym Tierra Este El Paso, TX location.The front desk staff, specifically Angela, was always so rude & unwelcoming. It was quite apparent that her “leadership” enabled other staff to follow her “lead.”Aside of the unfriendly staff, it is quite frustrating as to the lack of equipment they offer.Having to wait a half hour to use a squat rack or flat bench is ridiculous.Overall the gym is very clean.Our deal breaker to cancel was simply the staffs terrible attitude towards its members.5/24/22Thank you for taking the time to look up my maiden name. The purpose of Google reviews is to bring attention, to corporate office to have a positive change made to this establishment.Rather than acknowledge a previous customer, Golds Gym is dismissing our bad experience, concerns, as well as frustrations.All of Golds Gym members were forced to share a single facility, Tierra Este AS WELL as their employees for what, 8 months?!My name will not appear as an account owner, because my husband was the primary and I was the secondary member, non the less PAYING MEMBERS.Now that we have the “technicalities” of my membership cleared up, I think you should focus more of your attention on your staff and how horrible their attitudes are towards members, rather than try to discredit clients voices.Perhaps then your gym would have a better retention rate.

Gym is way to HOT! Ever since they reopened they no longer turn on the Big Fans or AC sometimes. I’ve been there in the mornings, evenings and nights and always the same thing. I have to be walking around the gym to find what air duct is blowing air to try to cool off a bit. Definitely something has changed since the reopening of the Wedgewood location. Please consider keeping facility cool.

Highly recommend this gym. There is great environment and it is very clean. Staff is very nice especially Joseph at the front desk provides awesome service and makes sure to greet you with a smile.

This gym has everything you need. The staff is kind and its nice to have management acknowledge you as you enter/exit. They're always coming around to clean. If you're looking to get in and out, this one is the place to do that. It's never really crowded to the point where you have to wait for equipment. Plenty of cardio machines and free weights. They have two other rooms where you can do hiit workouts and do your own thing without being bothered. Coming from L.A., this Gold's Gym is definitely appreciated. I wouldn't say that much about the ones back home.

If you’re looking for a great experience when you’re looking to find a new gym, this is the place to be and ask for Angela. She took care of me, made me feel welcomed which then encouraged me to sign up. I love this gym thanks to the excellent customer service Angela provided that never stopped even after signing up.

Love this gym, one of the most cleanest gym I have been too.Front desk associate Joseph is always willing to help you with anything and he’s always on the move to keep the gym as clean as possible. He definitely brings much value to my membership at golds gym.

I’ve been a member at Golds Gym since 2015 and after to speaking to the management team they have been very considerate and understanding of the concerns we previously had. They have been very professional in resolving any issues and have been kind enough to address the questions we had. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service that management (Angela Torres) has provided us with and has been professional in doing so. Golds gym has proven to care about us an individual’s and as members for many years. We are happy to continue to be members of this gym and we give them 5 stars for continuing to provide us with an excellent gym environment and customer service !

Priscilla at the front desk was such great help. I had been having issues with my membership since I replaced my debit card. I mentioned this to her and she was able to fix it with ease. Great customer service!
