Gym is clean, nice to workout there , staff very friendly but when you meant 24/7 it suppost to remain open the 24 hours, I'm from California and used to workout at 24 hours fitness and you can go any time, so this place isn't 24/7 because they closed early, Friday , Saturday and Sunday.

Honestly I love this gym way more then the west one, even though it is much smaller. I usually don't have to wait too long for the next machine & they do keep up with them frequently. The staff if kind idk why there are so many negatives about it.

Horrible management and very unprofessional when it comes to wanting a refund even when you have the medical documentation to back you up. They are a bunch of cheap people wanting to cling on to one members money if they are doing so well why can't they refund one member? Who has an infant who has had multiple surgeries and is still being observed to make sure he grows healthy. Makes me question who is in charge over there

Its nice and big even when it's full. Staff is okay needs to be more enthusiastic but at least their not rude like in west one. Restrooms need to be cleaner. Overall its a good gym.

Always clean, many machines (duplicates too), TONS of cardio equipment (if you're into that sort of thing).Dumbells go up to 60lb. Only has a smith machine and leg press. No squat rack or dedicated bench press (for safety reasons I assume).Friendly staff, clean bathrooms. I wish they would fix the damn water fountain by the men's room.I wish they would let guests in for a 1-2 day free trial. They WILL NOT let you in unless you have a pass or a black card. I think this is a flawed business idea, and they would get more business if they gave a 1-2 day free trial.Would 10/10 recommend this gym.

Good 'utilitarian' gym with lots of space even when many people there. Aerobic machines in the center and all the weight machines and other stuff on the periphery seems odd, so you'll have to adjust any circuit training accordingly. Just make sure to familiarize yourself with the layout first. The equipment, restrooms and drinking fountains are functional but show signs of heavy use and wear. Also the weekend hours could be longer. I've seen Planet Fitness gyms in smaller cities open 24/7. An OK gym.

Very clean and good equipment quality and quantity, the staff needs to be a little more friendly! Over all a good gym!

Staff was rude and unkind. They preach how much they want guests to feel welcome, but they do nothing to foster a happy atmosphere. I cancelled my membership after only a month. It was horrible!

This is a really nice gym. The equipment is clean and the building is spotless. The hours are perfect for people like me with three kids and two jobs. The employees are some of the nicest people you will have the pleasure of meeting. They truly are non-judgmental and always have a smile for me...even at 3 and 4 in the morning!

I was looking into buying a membership here and changed my mind after the staff, including the "manger," were extremely rude and disrespectful. The gym was small and packed with people waiting to use equipment. EP Fitness is much better all around.
