Very clean, friendly staff, the trainer needs to train the rest of the staff what some of the exercises are though

Customer service is horrible. Gym is dirty. They double charge my membership and keep taking my money and deny the fact that they messed up on there end. Do not go to this gym unless you want a thief taking money from you and dirty equipment.

Generally clean with modern workout machines and free weights. Very crowded at peak times in the morning before work and in the early evening hours, but there is usually a treadmill open if that is your thing.

Has all the equipment imaginable! Staff friendly , facilities very clean! Positive atmosphere as well! Happy to work out there! Can't wait for the planet to open at west town!

I signed up for a 6:30 pm class and I waited there and a Trainer never showed up, I went to tell the front desk and they said they would call the trainer and nobody showed up... if you already have your training set, the gym is fine. This was my first time trying out the classes and I was disappointed.

A nice place to get in and get out. A place for anyone. Just get those gains, shreds, whatever and get on with your day!

Machines are not properly cleaned as well as floors, corners, and bathrooms. Management should take a look at this to make sure it is improved by hiring a detailed commercial cleaning company with an eye to details. I would suggest to hire a cleaning company to address the deep clean issue as probably personnel do not have the time to take care of it. Hotelier Housekeeping & Moving Services (HHM) is based out of the West-side and do an amazing job with residential as well as commercial deep cleaning.

I had been happy with equipment and personnel, however as many of you have mentioned, when it comes to cancelling your plan, then I would give them Zero stars. They give you the run-around. They say that if we cancel now there will be a cancellation fee. So far this issue has caused us two months of extra charges. If anyone is considering legal action, put me on the list. I had brought in nine new members, won't be doing that anymore.

I normally don’t do reviews but this gym is beyond unsatisfactory. As I was living the state for military movement, I made my cancellation in person “AS REQUESTED BY THE GYM” about a month ago (a day before I left the state) yet I still received two charges in my credit card after this cancellation. So, I called the gym, first to understand why they charged my card and to ensured for this not to happen again, and second to asked for a refund for the two charges. I been told that not only they did not cancel my account but now I have to send a letter requesting my account to be canceled. There is a lot more to the above, the first conversations with a rude and disrespectful staff and manager, the screwing of customers for staff errors between others.

Been attending this gym the past 3 years, always great . Convenient. And nice service . It’s getting full but excited about the new location opening soon. 💪🏽 …
