The front desk people are so shady and unprofessional. Should prob be fired. Toxic environment with a great view of the mountains. I travel from state to state since I’m a remote worker and this is the 1st gym I’ve been to where they really be picking at peoples flaws when they are not even really “fit” themselves.

I’ve been to a few, “Planet Fitness” gyms and this one gets a the rare 5 star! I was in El Paso for a few weeks and needed a place to workout. The manager Juan and the staff were great! Very welcoming and willing to assist! The members are respectful and mature unlike other, “Planet Fitness” gyms. Many of them spray down machines and benches after use! If I get sent down to El Paso again, I’m definitely coming back to this gym. Keep up the good work guys!!!

small studio but super affordable and has all the equipment someone would need. If i'd live here i would either work out here or at the more expensive premium gym kynetics down the street.

I don’t know what the point of paying for an annual fee if the machines are always going to be out of order.. I like coming here! It’s always so clean, but the machines always seem to be out of order and are never fixed until weeks later.

BE AWARE!!! Be careful with hidden fees and charges! They'll add a contract with your month to month somehow and when you cancel itll cost about 100$ in additional fees. False advertisement and costly.
