Had membership with this planet fitness they never needed recieved an email stating that my membership was coming due for the annual fee. Tried to call them to receive a refund and the manager of the gym didn't know who owned the gym but knew that it was part of a privately owned franchise . He couldn't tell me what corporates number was this is horrible management and this is just bad business/ customer service.

Careful with these guys. Signed up online immediately prior to the pandemic. All gyms closed shortly after. After they reopened, the doc advised my wife and I to avoid the gym. I called a couple of times to explore options, expecting the highest degree of flexibility. I spoke to several people about our account. Finally, I spoke to a guy who advised he would place my account on hold. He said I would have to go in person Before October to cancel free of charge. Naturally, I was in no hurry to go. Into the gym because of Covid. Finally I went in today to cimarron location. They wanted to charge over 200 dollars to cancel , but were gracious enough to come down to 104. I spoke to the manager, Luis who would not tell me his last name. I ended up paying 63 dollars to terminate the relationship. Apparently, they failed to take out payments for may, June and July and said I owed them (even though I placed the account on hold as they advised). I spoke to regional manager “chad” who doubled down on this position telling me they are doing me a favor by not charging over 200 dollars. Chad asked me who I talked to to prove I had placed a hold on the account (even though the guy at the desk today remembered the call). Despite the fact they have my phone and email, they never attempted to contact me to indicate there were any issues. If this is how they behave during a global pandemic, I can’t imagine how they will behave when things return to normal. This is very bad business. They are willing to forego Future revenue From a family of four to grab 63 dollars out of my pocket during a global pandemic. In the future, I will avoid these guys Like the Covid.

Take advantage of people during this pandemic and refuse to grant refunds no matter the situation. Associate states when inquired about a monthly fee refund cause I’m not going in during this pandemic “no and that’s the way it’s going to be”. The manager was less empathetic and couldn’t care less. Taking my business to EP Fitness or Anytime Fitness once this pandemic is over. Your issues are obviously none of their concern. Terrible terrible customer service!!!

My husband went to cancel the 4 memberships he registered us for (2 adult and 2 minors) He went in and signed to cancel and was told it was complete. Next month 2 of the 4 charges post. He goes in to ask why and they said the minors have to go in to sign to cancel their accounts. What?? He registered them. They can't sign for automatic withdrawals from the bank for payment. And why didn't they say that a month ago. Its all a scam to get a number of individual memberships and money. Can't cancel online normally but God forbid if they don't allow you during a pandemic. Who is looking out for themselves and not their clients. Thanks for extra unnecessary exposure for our family and the unnecessary charges during these hard times Planet Fitness.

This gym has decent variety and good equipment to use, however, it has very few smith machines to workout with. I am always crossing my fingers that I find one empty because I use one at least 4 times a week for upper and lower body workouts and sometimes I just skip my workout because it is so full that I don't have a chance to use it. Other than that, this place is pretty good nice and clean. Weekends are the best days when it's not so packed.

Very quiet gym. I loved working out at this location. I will definitely return whenever in town.

Love this place but lately they have been decreasing on cleanliness. I have been at the gym at different times and the paper towels dispenser are empty.

Huge equipment replacements and upgrades this week for weight and strength training! Magnificent is the word that comes to mind! Great staff! Love this location!

The best gym at El Paso is Planet Fitness, it looks clean, lit and tidy. I like to go twice during week at Resler.

The gym equipment is very dirty and run down. My friend said the men's restroom has moldy showers, grimy floors and walls. Snooty employees too.
