Came in for a tour since our current gym is closing. Filled out the liability release with an explicit promise from the agent that my contact info would not be used for any unsolicited advertising.A few weeks later, lo and behold I received unsolicited advertising. Edit: So far so good, though I wish they'd show a little more love to the basketball courts. The basketball rims need an upgrade and a more consistent maintenance schedule.Great location. Never have a problem finding an open machine in the morning! Friendly staff as well!They're also doing some renovations to the gym area and locker rooms!

We had our sons 13th birthday party here. We lived how they let us taylor it to the activities he wanted to do. The boys all loved it!!!!

Life Time in Algonquin used to be amazing! Now, there is always something closed or under the repair, the steam room is not clean and you can see lots of people walking around the pool area with their outside shoes. Cleaning is something they really need to work on! At this moment I do not think the $100 membership is worth it!!

When are they going to switch back to 24/7 club?They now work until 10 pm . They did not adjust the price.We are paing same money for less.

They keep raising their prices and there not even 24/7 anymore, was thinking about joining back but 100 dollars a month for a gym membership just to use some weights. These guys are out of their mind

I regret so much for signing up here, once the swimming lessons were not professional at all, I said ok again, then a lot of conflicts when it comes to canceling, the same way a lot of stress when making a refund, the baby care room is a complete disaster, anyway, they didn't make my $123 refund, I won't even make a call anymore because I don't want to be stressed again, but I will never, ever go again and recommend it to my friends.

Need more benches, literally wait like an hour to use them. Kind of sucks spending 100$ a month to not be able to use the equipment you want to use. Honestly place is way overpriced, go to LA or planet for only 10$ literally a 10th of the price and their isn’t any amenities here that is worth the 100$ price point.
