Outstanding work from Christian! I left my belt there and I called up and told him about it. He said he will call me and keep me updated. Sure enough, he did! Thank you lifetime!

Now that COVID restrictions have lifted, why has Lifetime not returned to pre-Covid hours but has continuously raised fees and taken away other benefits. It almost feels like price gouging.

We moved out of the area a few months ago. When we called to cancel our membership, we were told that we would have the rest of our month that was paid to use our lifetime bucks, facilities, and spa. We were told that we would receive an email to confirm that we were canceling. We received an email February seventeenth, requesting confirmation of cancellation. The email was IMMEDIATELY responded to. So, we went on with our lives.Today, we received an email saying that we were in internal collections and they would escalate, if we didn’t pay for the months that we owed AFTER we cancelled! Steve, the rep who was “helping” us, was super rude and inconsiderate. After he transferred us to his supervisor, everything was corrected. This is the problem with health clubs. Lifetime Fitness is no different. They make you jump through every hoops to cancel a membership.

All water filtrations aren't replaced! Taste is very metallic. What are you doing with our money?! Why is Schaumburg doing a better job at this?Edit: had to leave early. The water was just so nasty.

I froze my account due to being injured at work with surgery pending sent paperwork to account manager, was told once I'm able to come back it will be reinstated. They failed to mention it was only 2 months so now they are charging me the few months even though I wasn't able to go and still can't for possibly 2 more months, crazy how much they up the membership fee and when you freeze your account you don't get all the information.

They are notorious for charging for unwanted services without telling you. Tried to join back and they said I was negative from when Covid had everything shut down. Great gym but ran by unethical sales people. I had them rated 5 stars but they showed their true colors over the pandemic. Would not recommend if you are on the fence about joining.

If you can afford it, the best all in one fitness and pool place around. If you like classes they offer so many. I have two little kids we use the day care daily and the boys love going. The camps they offer my 4 y/o loves to go to. During the summer the outside pool is amazing.

Thank you Roann for your kindness. I asked for help at the towel desk as I had left my brand new stainless steel water bottle in the Womens locker room 5 days prior. Roann looked in 3-4 different places until she found it! Their are so many nice people at Lifetime!Shout out to the cafe crew at ARORA coffee time too!

New to the area visited this gym a few times as a guest. As a fitness junkie and trainer, I would say the set up is legit. The gym has an abundant amount of equipment to choose from. The amenities are what you really pay for. I do feel the membership prices as well as the $35 a day for guest passes is a bit steep. I also visited xsport. If you are one that just wants a solid workout minus the extra unnecessary bells and whistles like slides in the pool, this gym is not worth what they charge. Just go to xsport where the equipment is just as good with a steamroom, pool and sauna. If a gym is charging guests $100 a month, the bathrooms and amenities, such as the steamroom, should be clean and spotless at all times!!!! Many of the employees avoid doing the dirty work. They keep the facility "neat". I visited 3 days in a row and the same filth remained day after day in the upstairs bathroom, locker room and steamroom. Needless to say, this company continues to raise prices for memberships. Def not worth it. 😕
