Amazing clean facility with ample of choice for the workout. Always clean and the new lineup of workout machine with digital display is phenomenal! Keep up the good work, PF!!!!

I've been a member here for years. The franchise owner really needs to spend some time at this gym and evaluate the effectiveness. They just did a large makeover with new paint and new equipment, but it actually made existing problems worse. Half of the gym is cardio equipment, and half is weights. At the peak hours, maybe 20% of the cardio equipment is being used and there are lines of people waiting for weight equipment like Smith machines. You could get rid of half of the olypticals and bikes because nobody uses them. Invest in more smith machines because 4 is clearly not enough. The stretching area was already too small, and now they moved it into an even smaller space. They made the personal training space larger, when there is one trainer who usually has 2 to 3 clients one of which is his significant other (you know because of the excessive PDA between them). These changes clearly demonstrate a lack of interest in what the gym members actually want in the gym and is frustrating.It would be wrong to leave out the good. The gym is always clean and the staff are great people. Management has fixed previous issues such as problems with the showers in the men's locker rooms and lack of stairmasters. There are other gyms in the area, but I'd still rather be here at Planet. Without the misuse of space and lack of awareness, it would be 5 stars.

Cancel only via certified letter or in person. This should not only be illegal, but it is morally questionable. I ended up paying around $80 extra for the ten days I went on my winter break because they refused to let me cancel any other way. My family, unable to go in for me as they had Covid, the fact I was out of state for months, the fact I tried online and over the phone with all my information, none of it mattered.The facility is pretty good, but the unquestionably misguided cancellation principles removed all positive feelings I had of this location. I will spend my future in any other gym.

This planet Fitness just go a makeover with a bunch of new equipment. It all looks and works great. They doubled up on machines that were just one in the gym, updated the 30 second workout machines and steps, added new smith racks, free weight leg press machine, multi use machines with the lat pull downs, rowing and cable machines, added a new stretching cage, and rearranged to keep like machines together. They also switched up the stretching room with the other multi use machine room where the personal trainers usually train. All good stuff! Stop in and check it out!

It's ok, but it would be nice if the hot water on the showers lasted more than two minutes

This place is ridiculously busy! I’ve never seen a gym that gets that busy , you will not enjoy your workout believe me.

I enjoy going to Planet Fitness. It is nice and close to my home. I have at times walked there. I can work out as much as I want. I never feel judged as I work out. I recommend Planet Fitness.
