They don't provide wipes or sanitize the machines after every use.. the machines sometimes don't work .. the gym itself has a bad smell when you entered and also they dont have a.c is just fan so it does get very got in there..

I have been a member 4 years consistently …I road my bike 5 miles and lost my key on the way…I never complain about the things that go on in the gym or xsport period which there is so many bad things going on.. but the one thing I ask to keep my bike inside and explaining myself what happened they did not allow… I understand it’s policy but I do not feel like a good treated member in this gym..Forget about the bike treat your members better

The workers at the front desk are super caring and Tony and Megan are really helpful when I have a question and they are just nice people in general and that puts a smile on my face. I also come here almost every day and I see the hard work all the employees put in.

Dorothy assisted us in signing up for a membership. She is very good in clarifying all the questions that we had with regards to the membership and the benefits. She took her time to assess our goals and she made going to the gym inviting, not intimidating. She also gave us a tour of the facility and the ameneties. She is very welcoming and knowledgable. This is my second visit and it's so much better with her help this time around. Kudos to Dorothy.

PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT OR RECORD YOUR CONVERSATION WITH THE PERSON WHO IS SIGNING YOU UP!!!! Never will deal with this club anymore:( They will tell you everything just so you become a member🙈 The guy I talked to told me I will get a FREE month...guess what? They charged me for that month..When I asked them why I didn't get free month, they sad You don't get free month( you get points to your account)🤣🤣🤣 which I didn't get either🙆‍♀️ I was OK paying that amount even if I didn't get free month but WHY LIE TO YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS?

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST. Never work here trust me you will regret it. Management is terrible, and they simply don’t pay you. I was robbed of pay and repeatedly asked to be paid my wages, yet they ignored me. The amount of emotional and mental stress I had to endure because of them was unspeakable. I despise this company and hope all of you stay away from this establishment.

Worst experience ever. Managers will fraud you just to get you in to personal training course without informing that you need to cancel withing 3 days, without going through the contract and missleading you on terms. FYI you can't cancel the personal training unless you have a medical proof or change of adress, dont sign up for it, if you want personal training use one time class and see for yourself if you can commit to it. Cancelation goes through Corporate that will never take your call unless you are 45 min on the line. Gym itself is fealty and disgusting. My advise pay more and go to LA fitness, it's clean, freandly, helpfully stuff and most important HONEST and TRANSPARENT. They will not scam you like XSport.

After i cancelled my membership at this gym they continued to charge my credit card and did not stop charging when I followed up with them. Eventually had to call my bank to get them to stop. But was not refunded for the money i lost worth over $200 aud.

The staff does not know anything about manners and behavior. They don't even know how to speak with those who want to take admission. I request the top management of Xsport to arrange a behavior and manners class for the staff who are sitting on the front desk. They don't even deserve a single star.

This gym is something else! I called to cancel our membership (currently experiencing covid) explained the situation and my options were either I go in person because they need to physically see my key card or I call corporate (who doesn’t need to physically see my key card) I’ve called corporate numerous times and have not been able to speak to anyone. You would think they would be understanding given the circumstances.
